The hotel is surprisingly spacious, modern, and reasonably priced if I compare it to my villas at Gilis. The location of the hotel is excellent, Kuta Beach is a step away, you can reach the circuit and Seger Hill by renting an e-bike for a few minutes. You can find a food center or nightlife restaurant nearby.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Mr. Jimmy brought us on a hotel tour and pointed out the best spots to take pictures. Breakfast tasted so good and had many varieties of meals. The location is strategic to Kuta Mandalika Beach.

Great location to explore the beautiful beach and sand. It's close to many restaurants (local & western), coffee shops, and souvenir shops (walking distance). The room is spacious, although old style, but still comfortable. The pool is quite big, but a bit dirty. Breakfast is decent with good food choices. Recommended if you want to explore Kuta Mandalika :)

Lets start from the plus side, located in front of the Kuta Beach, very beautiful place, wide good street and calm. It is close to the centre as well, where you can find lots of western shops and restaurants.
The hotel itself has alot to fix. Cleaness of the room, I mean deep clean please, I found hairs, dust, broken stuffs, smelly water heater dll. The bed is good, but the cleaness of the room bother me alot.
Friendly staffs but they need to be trained better. More active and alert to the guess wants and need instead of only playing with their mobile phone all the time.
The hotel has big potential, need lot of homework to do.

The room is not clean, the floor still has dust residue. The mattress is also not clean, there are still some scratches like sand.. The bath soap is also not good, it's a solid soap type, which has to be filled with water when using🫠 and the soap and shampoo pump can't be squeezed.

The hotel unilaterally canceled the booking, claiming it hadn't been accepted. After a heated argument, they finally gave them a room, but it was very unsuitable. There were cigarette butts in the room, broken chairs, peeling walls, yellow towels, and so on.

I almost canceled my stay here. According to the hotel, they had canceled my reservation (unilaterally, of course), but the cancellation confirmation wasn't entered into my data. The manager wouldn't meet me. The hotel also wouldn't tell me why they suddenly canceled my reservation. After I threatened to go viral and report it to the police, the hotel agreed to remedy the situation by upgrading my room from the previous type. Case closed, but my energy was wasted on anger without even meeting with, at least, the manager on duty.
