I thought I could sleep comfortably, but it turned out to be stuffy, dusty, and the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in a month, with lots of stains. There was no Wi-Fi. Even though it was cheap, at least it was clean.

I was disappointed staying at this hotel, even though it had been quite comfortable before. 1. The receptionist was unfriendly. 2. The hotel room was dirty, full of mosquitoes, and the bed was infested with bedbugs. 3. There was a TV but it wouldn't work, claiming it was broken. As a result, my two-night stay felt like a deserted jungle. This will be my last stay here...

Strategic location, but it's a shame I got an old-fashioned room, with a manual AC that couldn't be adjusted to cold, a dirty bathroom with no sink, and flies all over the room.

From the moment I checked in, the receptionist, Shela, was extremely rude and curt. When I asked questions, her responses were even more curt and unfriendly. I've stayed here many times before and have always felt comfortable. Furthermore, the condition of the room was very different from the photos displayed on Traveloka. In reality, the room looked very old, the bathroom was damp when I arrived, there was no soap, the walls were damp, and it looked unkempt. It really didn't meet my expectations. I hope the management will improve this. The location is indeed strategic, but with the receptionist's rude attitude, I'm sure many customers will be put off staying here. Very dirty, the bed smelled musty, the linen was yellow and dirty, the shower didn't work and there was a lot of dust. The room was dark.

The service is very bad, the female receptionist who is on duty during the day is super rude. Every time I ask a question, the answer is always unfriendly. The room is dirty, the toilet smells of urine and rats. The TV doesn't work, the pillows and mattresses smell musty. Makes me regret it.

Very bad service, poor room cleanliness, unfriendly staff. Be careful there are hotel tactics to increase room prices, we are given a bad room then asked to be upgraded. Not recommended at all. The application team should sort this hotel again.

The location is indeed in the middle of the city, and not too far from Ciwalk. From the front it looks clean but after checking in, I happened to get a room on the 1st floor which was the most corner and stuffy, the bathroom was already covered in moss, and the walls were peeling off when it was time to repaint. Many guests or employees smoke around the stairs, so the smoke goes everywhere. Waste from other guests' mineral drinks in front of the room was not immediately cleaned up.

the location is quite close to RSHS, I happened to stop by while waiting for my brother to undergo OP. With an economical price, the facilities are sufficient, the atmosphere is a bit strange... because there is not enough lighting at night in my opinion.

Just a request, hopefully it can be considered again, I have stayed here 6 times and it is quite comfortable, my suggestion is that each room is equipped with an electric kettle for hot water and glasses to make it easier for customers to brew a cup of hot water in the morning, the rest is okay 👍🏻⭐
