I've stayed here several times, the staff are friendly, the rooms are always clean, the bathrooms too, the location is cool, there are lots of culinary options, it's close to Sun Plaza, public transportation also passes by.

RECOMMENDED. Suitable for backpackers, cleanliness is maintained, staff explanations are very clear and are willing to be contacted at any time (thanks, Ms. Susan). Only in the morning when I wanted to enjoy breakfast on the rooftop, it couldn't be used, I was also a bit surprised when a male staff member entered the women's room without a word and immediately went in and checked something. Overall score 10/10

The room is clean and good. The location is quite close to Medan Station and Sun Plaza Mall. There are no lift facilities, service is also lacking, for those who bring suitcases, they are not offered to take them at all, there is no shared refrigerator, it is difficult to leave things. Not suitable for those who carry a lot of things
