This hotel is very pleasant, in the Plaza area, so you can take a culinary walk at the Plaza. The hotel is clean, the staff is also very friendly. If you go to Bekasi and have to stay overnight, you must stay at this hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed and would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff, especially Mrs. Irma who was very helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, it was raining heavily and I was carrying my toddler out of the online taxi. When I arrived at the lobby, Mrs. Irma immediately carried my child into the hotel to protect him from the rain and made sure he was okay and not wet from the rain. Even when I checked out, my child asked to be carried by her as a farewell. Apparently, my child felt comfortable with Mrs. Irma. Even when I got home, my child didn't stop asking about Mrs. Irma. Stay healthy, Mrs. Irma, see you again.

The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff was very helpful. I'll definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Bandung. The view from the pool is truly breathtaking. 7 stars for Grandia!

Strategic location for our driver to pick up and easy access to a mini-mart for any sudden daily necessity. Competitive budget price while still being decently comfortable and clean.
