Spartan guest house on the south side of town. Rural area. It helps to have your own transportation. Scooter taxi with sidecars are around and usually easy to find.

plus: location on the side of the road but a bit far from the city. the view behind is nice to enjoy in the morning. friendly owner and ok parking. minus: there is no difference in room type while the price is different. Only one towel and drink in a cup, no soap. The price and facilities are not yet appropriate. Hopefully the future will be better.

Hotel staff is nice and friendly. The toilet is squat, the room is located on the 2nd floor. The location is 6 km from the city center so if you don't bring your own vehicle, it's a bit of a hassle. Becak only operates until 19.00. On the 2nd night of our stay, there was a large group of guests who were noisy from dusk until midnight without any effort from the hotel staff to reprimand them.
