When we arrived at the lobby to check in, the staff was friendly. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. My son loved the bathtub. And our family loved the live shows every Saturday night; they were very enjoyable. We've stayed at Hotel Seruni several times.

The kids loved staying there. There are plenty of swimming pools and a jacuzzi, and even though we stayed at Pangrango, the room was quite large. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety, including sushi and pizza. The staff was also friendly. I'll definitely be back.

a hotel that makes you feel at home, 1 or 2 days is not enough to stay here, the rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, especially the swimming pool which is very popular, you can play archery, cool photo spots, delicious food, the natural beauty is still maintained, making you feel even more at home

The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel rooms and hotel area are clean and tidy, the children's play facilities and Waterboom are complete. Every time I go on holiday to Puncak, I always stay here and it's never boring. The breakfast menu is complete, there are lots of choices and it's delicious, it's the best 👍🥰

The first time I stayed at Hotel Seruni, I chose the Gunung Pangrango Mountain View. I got a beautiful view of the mountains.
There are children's rides and a water park.
The hotel is clean and has many options to suit any budget. Overall, it's highly recommended. My suggestion is to build a place of worship/prayer room on Gunung 1.

My first experience staying at the Seruni Hotel was very pleasant, the service was friendly, the food was delicious, it was true that I wasn't satisfied with just staying one night, I had to stay two nights, next time I want to go to the Seruni Hotel again.
