Super satisfied staying here after watching the NCT concert yesterday. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Some of the power sockets were not working, but the staff quickly fixed it. It was a really pleasant experience staying here, the room we booked was only available on the 3rd floor but I wanted it on the top floor, they also accommodated but it took some time to wait. Finally we asked for access to be able to wait in the playground, until finally the room we requested was not available but we were given a compensation to upgrade the class without additional costs, the staff were all friendly, the facilities were also okay, the kids were happy staying here, in front of the hotel you can also walk around Sunter Lake & enjoy seafood

Check-in was fast. The parking area is spacious and free (just ask the front desk). The rooms are large; I booked a family room with two queen beds, which was enough for four people. There's a swimming pool and sauna (but I didn't get to try them). Breakfast is quite extensive, and you get a free welcome snack and drink, as well as free gelato. The location is close to the toll road, perfect for those looking to avoid traffic jams.

This old hotel probably dates back to the 80s or 90s. But it's very well-maintained and clean, even though the room furniture feels dated and is full of carpet. The room, type 54, is very spacious. The AC is cold. I chose the junior suite, which offers a great view on the upper floor overlooking Sunter Lake, allowing you to see people water skiing. The balcony terrace is also very comfortable and has a very clean floor. Many of the hotel staff are experienced but friendly and know how to serve guests. The facilities are quite extensive, including a mini zoo, a fitness center, and a very clean and spacious swimming pool. The kids enjoyed swimming there. Recommended for families. Breakfast is delicious and varied. However, there's an additional 100,000 IDR charge for children. This hotel was also full, and there wasn't a table for breakfast. Many local guests brought children, and interestingly, there were also foreign guests from various countries. The downside is that the front of the hotel by the lake is dirty, with many stalls that are not very clean and obstruct the view of the lake.
