I stayed at Villa TerimaKasih I with my family for 4 nights. The staff was very friendly and responsive, and the villa's cleanliness was unquestionable. The villa rules, which were explained upfront, were also reasonable, allowing tenants to maintain the villa's inventory. Vehicle access was easy, and it was quite close to the market. For those who don't want to eat out, cooking and eating utensils were readily available. The swimming pool was crystal clear.

So I arrived at 12.30, I brought my 2 year old child and was told to wait until 2...at 1.30 my child pooped, wanted to rinse the bathroom, the lobby was locked... then the staff lied a lot, said there were still guests, the room had not been cleaned even though it was empty and they made a rule that check out was at 12, it's smart to lie, I have no conscience, the last time I stayed here, even though I often stay at Drupadi, I can stay for a week at the villa, thank you 3, can you check the record?... I'm really fed up here, especially at Villa Javanica, it's really scary at 2 at night from the closet, there was a knock from inside... I never comment when I stay anywhere, because this is too much.. I checked in at a 5 star villa in Lombok, my child pooped at 12.30 and was immediately told to go into the room, not to be told to clean it. lobby....

If guests are allowed to check in earlier, such as 12:30 PM, this is a special policy of the hotel and is not applicable to all hotels. Regarding your report of noise from the closet or anything else that is considered disturbing, we appreciate evidence such as videos or photos so that we can take action to follow up seriously and provide appropriate compensation.
