Sangat beruntung bisa menginap di The Crew Hotel, free penjemputan dan pengantaran dari bandara ke hotel dan sebaliknya, baru pertama kali ke Medan karena dari Banda Aceh ke Padang harus transit dulu di Medan kami memilih hotel ini dan benar memang begitu worth it-nya, driver ramah, resepsionis juga friendly, kamar bersih dan nyaman, sarapan enak, pelayanan dari segi staff dan fasilitas mantap sekali karena berada di kawasan hub Kualanamu sehingga akses ke mana pun jadi lebih mudah, dekat dengan KFC, Indomaret, pusat oleh-oleh, rumah makan sederhana, sayang belum sempat explore Medan. Next time bakal menginap lagi di sini. Terima kasih, good service.

The hotel location is very convenient for connecting, early flight. The airport shuttle was on time. The room was very clean and big enough for typical airport hotels. Overall, I would rate a very good hotel for the price, and would come back for next transit in Medan Kualanamu Airport.

Very close to the airport, around 15 minutes, and they provided a free shuttle to the airport. There are shops nearby, and there is also a hub market to buy oleh-oleh. Really recommended to stay one night before flying the next day.

I stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning. Despite the low price, the room was spacious, clean, and fragrant. There's a KFC, a restaurant, and an Indomaret point right next door, so getting there was easy. For around 300 rupiah, you get free breakfast and an airport shuttle.
