Had a wonderful stay at Gaia Hotel. The staff was really helpful and made our stay very comfortable. We planned to go out around the hotel, but the facilities made us stay the whole time, we did reflexology, pilates, swimming, and walked around the area.

My experience staying here was very comfortable and pleasant, but unfortunately it was only 1 night because the children had exams the next day, we had a small thanksgiving at the restaurant with a very delicious cake and the service from the waiters was very good, there were many variations of food with delicious flavors.. thank you so much everyone😍

superb experience!! was here with my family and we all love it so much. the view from our bedroom is very nice esp at night, sighting blinking citylights. Pool is nice and warm, but too crowded to our liking - too many kids screaming. The waterfall is indeed a spectacle. Hotel area is big, you can just keep walking and exploring for an hour or two. we love the gardens, fish pond, and the gym. the terrain might be too challenging for elderly tho. breakfast is also good, with local dishes as the main point. you can still find bread, gimbab and salad and they are delicious too. resto might get too crowded on peak hours and the area we are seated is at the corridor balcony facing the inner court/lobby. the cantilevered floor structure is vibrating whenever someone walking through, quite irritating if i may say. but all in all, everything is nice and neat, will come back again one day.

Comfortable room. Clean and comfortable bathroom. Cold AC. Comfortable, shady, green hotel atmosphere. Good service. However, the room is not soundproof. The sound from the toilet next door is clearly audible. Breakfast lacks variety.

My first time at Gaia, I immediately got an upgrade to The Club room, and it made my stay even more enjoyable 🤩. The hotel facilities are very complete, and the view is also beautiful, it really makes you feel at home. I especially like the fish pond area—it's calm, cool, and a favorite spot to relax. The food is also delicious, from breakfast to dinner at Monomono, everything is OK 😍. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful, making your staycation very comfortable. Conclusion: I will definitely come back again 🤩

Hospitality-wise, GAIA Hotel is truly top-notch! We love how the staff were truly helpful, polite, and friendly. Great ambiance, room cleanliness, and breakfast options. It's also very kid-friendly as GAIA provides a variety of children's activities in the kids club and amphitheater. Unfortunately, the room isn't soundproof as the noise from the street is very audible (we stayed in a city view room). The kids woke up several times due to the loud honking of buses and motorbikes. Will come back next time, but in a mountain view room. Dear GAIA hotel, please make your room soundproof, especially those close to the main road.
