My first time at Gaia, I immediately got an upgrade to The Club room, and it made my stay even more enjoyable 🤩. The hotel facilities are very complete, and the view is also beautiful, it really makes you feel at home. I especially like the fish pond area—it's calm, cool, and a favorite spot to relax. The food is also delicious, from breakfast to dinner at Monomono, everything is OK 😍. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful, making your staycation very comfortable. Conclusion: I will definitely come back again 🤩

Breakfast was great with an extensive selection, although hygiene could be improved as we noticed some flies around the area. The swimming pool was pleasantly warm, so even in Lembang’s cool weather, you can still enjoy a comfortable swim. The room was spacious, and the complimentary mini bar was a nice touch. Service was excellent — kudos to the staff for being responsive and helpful. However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. One of the coconut water bottles in the mini bar was already opened when we checked, which was concerning, especially with kids around. The staff replaced it quickly, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. The toothpaste provided was also not in a box, making us unsure if it had been used by a previous guest, though we did receive a new replacement upon request. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but hope the hotel can enhance its hygiene and quality-check processes.

Nice building, clean rooms, spacious pool, delicious food. Some of the pool tiles were loose, making them sharp if they came into contact with skin. The staff didn't inform me that there was a clinic in the hotel, even though I urgently needed medical care. 🥲
