The staff was friendly, and when I went there, there was a free airport drop-off promotion, and it was indeed free, even though I was the only one with a 5 a.m. departure time. I was still delivered on time with excellent service. Thank you, Quadrant. I was traveling from Java to Medan for work and chose to stay at Quadrant because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle service.

Overall, everything was good. The hotel's strategic location is only 10 minutes from the airport, making it suitable for those in transit. There's a shuttle service available to pick you up at the airport, the price is quite affordable, and the airport drop-off is free. The service is excellent. The hotel and rooms are clean (hopefully, this will be consistent, considering the new hotel).

Friendly staff, comfortable place, standard price. Staff should be more careful in calculating the snacks in the room. When checking out, they charged for snacks even though there weren't any.

If possible, the price should be lower than the hotel crew..hotel crew 350 already gets breakfast. Here 350 doesn't get breakfast..the rooms here are small..the crew is big..sorry, just a suggestion

Since we happened to have a very early flight, we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport. The reviews were very good, so we decided to stay at this hotel, which seemed to be quite new. The check-in process was safe and smooth. When it was time to unload our trolleys and luggage, several staff members, who seemed to be roomboys, were just standing in a row grinning. I don't know what they were thinking. Instead of helping us carry the trolleys, they were just grinning. Help the management. Please train the staff more.
