Very good experience staying here, everything is absolutely 5 stars experience. All the food, staff, views, rooms, everything is amazing. Absolutely will be staying here again. I cannot express myself how I feel very happy stay at Ritz. It’s not really a best experience. Everything is perfect. Staff is friendly, helpful, and smart. There is also a buggy car to walk from tower to tower and it doesn’t take long to call the buggy. Also you got the best spot to enjoy the sunrise on their private beach. Really awesome and valuable than other resort nearby

The manager Adrian was extremely helpful and try his best to make our stay memorable , the hotel was bit dated and doesn’t reflect the 5 star you would expect from the ritz unfortunately but the staff was amazing

I enjoyed my trip overall but there were definitely some downers. First getting a cockroach in our room service delivery plus in our table outside between the glass and wicker table. Secondly, the shower in our room leaked out of both sides into the toilet and into the living room. Third, I was electrocuted in the hydropool using the mini air tub. Lastly, there was simply trash everywhere on the island, including the beach and waters where we snorkeled in Nusa Penida. Plus the recommended Ulutwatu tour was a must skip/pass. Waste of time, money, and the bugs were intense. In our hair even once we returned. I truly loved Bali but I don’t know if I would return.

Every single staff, without exception, were attentive, helpful and happy. I’ve never smiled so much over 6 days! I will be back, just as much to enjoy Bali as seeing the wonderful staff and enjoying the beautiful property!

Stunning property!! Received 2,000,000 IDR credit per day which allowed me to eat and drink for free daily at the many restaurants on site and room service. Every staff member was kind and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and I had everything I needed. Would absolutely recommend.

Our room was amazing. Very clean, spacious, modern. Staff the most friendliest people. The only thing I wish they offered were more health and wellness services: sound baths, meditation , and yoga classes.

A stunning resort, beautiful beach with cabanas. Staff are very service focused. Just lay back and relax, anything that should take 5 minutes takes 50 minutes here. Check in was not private, everyone could hear our room rate, bed type etc. however, they did provide access to our room for Early arrival. My favorite part was the private beach, Lunch in one of the free cabanas, we even loved the rain while lounging. Hotel location in Nusa Dua is adjacent to a few other high end resorts, but requires 20 minute Taxi rides to get into town. Two areas of improvement for the hotel to manage screaming children in the Lagoon and very loud groups in the Restaurants, which prompts me to book another resort in the future. Overall spacious rooms and in room amenities are good. Management did not offer any accommodation for the negative feedback during our stay. The concierge was super helpful with shipping quotes.
