The Ritz-Carlton, Bali

We had the lagoon view room. It was a super room with access to the lagoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ritz. Will come back in the future to the ritz for more of their superb hospitality.

We LOVE our stay at your amazing hotel. You all made our vacation extra special and memorable. Staff are wonderful, so kind, nice and helpful. Food and drink were top notch. Amenities, pool, and beach are just amazing - especially my massage. We are truly thankful grateful for everyone esp Velia (guest relation) and Aye (Senses). Thank you all so much! 5 stars! Looking forward to our stay here again in the future!

A stunning resort, beautiful beach with cabanas. Staff are very service focused. Just lay back and relax, anything that should take 5 minutes takes 50 minutes here. Check in was not private, everyone could hear our room rate, bed type etc. however, they did provide access to our room for Early arrival. My favorite part was the private beach, Lunch in one of the free cabanas, we even loved the rain while lounging. Hotel location in Nusa Dua is adjacent to a few other high end resorts, but requires 20 minute Taxi rides to get into town. Two areas of improvement for the hotel to manage screaming children in the Lagoon and very loud groups in the Restaurants, which prompts me to book another resort in the future. Overall spacious rooms and in room amenities are good. Management did not offer any accommodation for the negative feedback during our stay. The concierge was super helpful with shipping quotes.

We had an incredible five-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali, and it exceeded every expectation. The Ladies & Gentlemen truly exemplify world-class hospitality. In every interaction, we felt the warmth of their genuine smiles and their sincere desire to make our stay special. From the seamless airport pick-up to Housekeeping, Reception (both check-in and check-out), breakfast at Senses, afternoon coffee and tea at the Bar & Lounge, relaxing time at the Missoni Resort Club, dining at Bejana and The Beach Grill, and rejuvenating visits to the Spa & Gym—every team member was exceptional. The buggy drivers and even staff we passed during our walks around the resort greeted us with such kindness and warmth. While we may not remember every name, we will never forget their gracious approach, friendly faces, and impeccable service. The facilities were outstanding, and our goal to completely unwind and relax for the week was perfectly fulfilled. Our Sawangan Suite with lagoon access made the experience even more special—having the freedom to step straight into the lagoon anytime we felt like lounging or taking a refreshing dip was pure bliss. This trip—and our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali—was truly unforgettable. Thank you for creating such a remarkable experience.

Nice room with lagoon access, staffs are very friendly and sweet (so many trinkets almost every day, floaties, chocolate, fruit baskets, cake, etc), great amenities (so much fun with buggies hope on and off between buildings), breakfast buffet taste a lot better than a lot of restaurants outside the hotel. Highly recommended

Nice hotel

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Nothing was a problem for them. They were genuinely cheerful and willing to assist. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had choices to please any palate and cuisine.

We had the absolute best stay at the Ritz Bali! The service was next level and nothing we've ever experienced. The staff went above and beyond in every situation and we felt so cared for during our stay. We can't wait to come back
