I cannot express myself how I feel very happy stay at Ritz. It’s not really a best experience. Everything is perfect. Staff is friendly, helpful, and smart. There is also a buggy car to walk from tower to tower and it doesn’t take long to call the buggy. Also you got the best spot to enjoy the sunrise on their private beach. Really awesome and valuable than other resort nearby

Spent my honeymoon over here. Great hotel with lots of facilities and activities to liven up your stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I made friends with some of them. Although some of the facilities were closed during this pandemic situation and was sad to see how empty the hotel is, it is ironically the only plus point in which there’s not many crowd of people we encounter during our stay. The standard room size is huge at 100 sq meter compared to other hotels of the same caliber. I also loved the fact that this hotel welcomes outside food being brought in through online services, although I wouldn’t mind having to spend some more at the restaurants here after having an incredibly delicious food at The Beach Grill restaurant.

I wish I could leave 6 stars. This Ritz Carlton is the best of the best. I cannot say enough about how amazing this trip to Bali was! From the second you arrive at the property you are treated and pampered to like you are the most important person on earth, but not in a fake or ‘we have to because it’s our job’ type of way. Every single staff member, from reception to cleaning to groundskeepers to the spa was genuinely kind, always greeted you with a smile and would bend over backwards to help you. I cannot say enough. Ritz is always wonderful but this is by far the best hotel I have ever been to anywhere in the world. The property is heaven on earth. The rooms (I had the room with lagoon access) were incredible, the pool and beach view from the pool is just beautiful, many food options, an incredible spa and so much more. I booked this spur of the moment and am soooo glad I did! It was the best vacation I’ve ever been on!!! The breakfast buffet is absolutely insane. I could go on and on. Absolutely recommend staying here!!!!!! You will be blown away by the hospitality of the Balinese people! I loved it so much that I already booked a trip back for 2026!! The only downside had nothing to do with the hotel. Traffic takes forever so plan excursions accordingly. (Concierge will help you and assist in scheduling a driver to get you to and from) But you could easily spend a week at the resort and not leave the hotel and still have the most amazing time!!! Could not recommend more!

The entire stay at the Ritz was fantastic from beginning to end. The staff was very pleasant and helpful every step of the way. They helped us with dinner recommendations, getting the shuttle to Bali Collection, booking the hydro pool and making reservations. Room service was great. The AC worked fantastic, beds were comfy.
