"Our 7-day, 6-night Bali trip included stays at Aloft, Westin Resort, and culminated with one night at The Ritz-Carlton. Frankly, our experience at The Ritz-Carlton, despite being the most expensive leg of our journey (at double the price of the Westin), left us feeling that the value simply wasn't justified. While the Ritz-Carlton name conjures images of unparalleled luxury, the reality fell short in several key areas. The bathrobes and towels were surprisingly subpar, resembling what you'd find in a basic motel rather than a five-star resort – thin and an unappealing off-white. We also encountered functional issues, such as a loose electrical receptacle that rendered it unusable, and a television that was disproportionately small for the spaciousness of our room. Even small amenities like the toothbrushes were a letdown, shedding bristles immediately upon use, which is simply not what you expect from a luxury brand. These details, while individually minor, collectively painted a picture of a property not living up to its reputation or price tag. When comparing it to our comfortable and well-appointed stay at the Westin for half the cost, the Ritz-Carlton's shortcomings became even more apparent. We left feeling that for the price paid, the overall luxury experience was simply not delivered."

Hotel services is good, staff is friendly and kind. The room is clean and tidy with special welcome gift. I also see lovely monkey around the resort.

The service, the view, the beach, the swimming pool, kids club, and the facilities are top notch! The hotel is enormous, busy and always filled with hotel guests. Yet, they managed to arrange buggy and room service timely! Just that it’s not a very quiet place, in room you can hear music coming from outside til 10pm. Probably because of different events took place there.

One of the best resort experiences I've had. We visited as a family during Spring break, all the staff from reception to restaurants, from poolside to spa, are super nice, extremely professional. My 3 yo son had a minor scratch near one of the cabanas near the main pool, staff came comforted my son in such a calm and warming manner, and the little one was rewarded a cup of ice cream afterwards! It's just one of the little things that make our trip a memorable family time. Kids club is highly recommended, all the ladies are extremely friendly, my two kids love playing there. Chef Ali and Chef Made are very cheerful and heartwarming and the food in resort is great! Can't wait to visit again!

想不到房間有日本座廁，是加分位。住頂樓房間可面對白色教堂很美，早上看日出很方便，食floating breakfast影相都很好看。有提供攝影師在酒店行一圈攝影服務，拍下美照留念，過程很開心。生日有蛋糕、生果撻和手寫卡很窩心。

超五星水凖，服務一流，房間超过1000呎，早餐選擇多及味道都好，今次入住了帶泳池的房間，感覺比Villa還要好，安排了2個人的漂浮早餐才300港元，超值服務，還有小車穿梭整個酒店也會多一個讚，整體而言是高、大、上

Good and large Hotel with buggy. Good Service. However,the restaurant do not have air-conditioners.

飯店房間空間大而舒適，印尼和日本餐廳景觀很好，傍晚夕陽海天ㄧ片，很美的晚餐！

This time I am babysitting my 6 yrs old son. Its good that he feels safe & has things to do in the hotel. In general is pretty good.
