The staff is very friendly, the service is very satisfying. The location is also very strategic, right across from Kuta Beach, surrounded by various restaurants, and close to Beach Walk Mal. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay here. All the facilities and service are very good, clean, and beautiful, especially the private pool in front of the room. The kids are very happy, so we are not going anywhere to find entertainment because they prefer to stay and play in the pool.

Highly recommendable hotel. It’s great location and at walkable to Kuta beach and beachwalk Mall. Good looking rooms - too.

Hotel staffs are friendly. I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed most of the time in the hotel. My flight back home was delayed. I was supposed to fly at 15.45 but was rescheduled to 22.20. The check-out time was supposed to be at 12.00. When I asked for late check-out, the hotel allowed me to check out at 14.00. I was grateful for their help and understanding.

Second time staying here, mainly for the breakfast and the food in general were one of the best in Bali. Must try! Not too fond of the room though, it's not really soundproof and the AC is not as strong as I would hope especially the second time we were there. The hot water was also not hot enough, not sure if those issues only happen in our room or it's like that in all rooms. The pool is fantastic, the gym is also good. The staff are all very friendly, and special shout out to Kevin at Welcome who went above and beyond to look and find my car keys when I lost it somewhere in the carpark. The hotel is located right in front of the famous Kuta beach and right next to the lively Legian street. Many good cafes, bars, restaurants just a walking distance away. But the traffic around the hotel is almost always heavy especially during peak hours, so do avoid getting there by car if possible. All in all, it's a good experience, and will probably come back again, at least for the breakfast/food.
