The villa is comfortable, water, gas, kitchen needs are all safe and very complete. You can also do karaoke, the owner is very kind. Next time I will stay here again if it's like this. I really like it.

It was very disappointing when we arrived, there was no guard, the villa was still locked, we waited for almost 2 hours at the security post asking for help to contact the guard, in the morning I wanted to take a shower, the water was off, the guard was called and did not come until I checked out, the location is also not comfortable, next to the villa there are people working on cutting using a grinder, the noise is really loud, not according to expectations

The villa is well maintained. The room is also spacious. There is no problem with the water. Everything is good, just the front room is moldy, please fix it soon 🙏🏻 but everything is really good.

From the beginning I had read the review that the water in the villa often went out. But since the villa owner had responded that the pump had been replaced. That's why I decided to still rent it. It turned out to be true there, the water went out at night, luckily the villa guard was willing to come at night. But it went out again in the morning. Finally my husband fixed the pump until it could turn on again. As for the villa, it's clean, comfortable. There's karaoke, smooth wifi. The water heater is also okay. There's soap, shampoo. Clean cooking utensils. The furniture is also quite new. It's just that the place is quiet, the left and right, the front are all empty. If you need peace and quiet, it's perfect. Hopefully the problem can be fixed. So that those who stay are comfortable. Suggestion if you want to book, give a gap of time between booking and check in. So that the villa guard can prepare first. At least 1 hour before.

The villa feels homey. There are 3 clean rooms. Towels, soap, shampoo are provided. Cool, calm environment even though it is a little far from the main road. Complete cooking equipment. Communicative and informative provider. There is karoeke entertainment which really helps you feel completely at home in the villa. The only drawback is that Sanyo Air takes a long time to lift the water so it gets stuck. Thank You

Safe environment, there is a security guard at the gate and foreign guests must report first. home atmosphere comfortable, clean. New building type (cluster). Modern home furniture. there is a karaoke tool as well as entertainment. The location of the villa is easy to grab / order? Cellphone and TV signals are a bit difficult. water heater is less stable.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean. Villa keepers are friendly and fast response. The building is not too big, but the arrangement is good with 3 rooms. New complex with security, the access road is rather narrow, but directions are clear, as well as a strategic location near East Java Park 2 and Batu Flower Garden etc.

Had a deg "an after an impromptu booking, afraid of zonk. It turned out to be satisfying. Clean, new goods then felt comfortable at the stopover house. Incidentally there is also a free karaoke facility, so I like it later. When you get a family vacation to Batu Malang, you will book again ah. 😀
