The room looked exactly like the pictures: spacious, comfy, and clean. The view outside was super beautiful both at day time and night time. The host was very friendly and helpful.

The keeper/owner is very hospitable, she is very polite, helpful, and willing to help. As this property is a bit far from the center of the town. She owned a small shop beside the property which can provide bottled water, snacks etc. Even have a mini gas station! If you looking for a quiet break from the city life, this is a great place to try. P. S: A note for the keeper, the only downside for me staying there is the water pressure and availability of the hot water. Other than that, you have a beautiful and well maintain property.

Wow! Hospitality is satisfying, the hosts are super kind. For those of you who have plans for trekking Mt. Batur is perfect for choosing this villa because you can navigate through the shortcuts to get to the top. Those of you who just want a staycation, this villa is also super cozy, roomy, and cool.

Near to mount batur for jeep tour activities . Owner and staff were very nice . They gave us free breakfast which is nasi goreng 🫶🏻 i enjoyed the ambience and surrounding (very nice view) ❤️ but do prepared , lot of flies in the morning but they will maybe leaving you at 5 pm . Don’t be surprised because kintamani is the farming area . i make a research before go , the farmer use organic fertilizer chicken that will attract the flies .

the downside is because I stayed for 2 days, so there was a lot of trash, no one cleaned the room

For the bathroom, the water drainage is a bit high, so the smell that spreads to the sleeping area makes us uncomfortable..
The room door is a bit difficult to lock & open..
Just a suggestion..
Before the room is used by guests, it would be nice if all bathroom preparations, including soap, tissue, trash bags, sprayed air fresheners and bathroom fresheners (camphor), and tea are provided before guests arrive...
In my opinion, yesterday there were still many shortcomings when I entered the room it was a bit stuffy and not very fragrant...
and for the staff, please provide information for breakfast / dinner.. The water is too small but it's ok, the wifi is a bit slow and there is not enough TV access if you are willing to provide Netflix services or provide a flash disk to watch some good films so you don't get bored..
There is not enough campfire to relax at night in front of it..
This is just a suggestion from me & some criticism.. hopefully it can be improved in the future.. thank you 💞

the hotel is very good, the price is right on the application, it's just that I went to this hotel from Amed so the road is super extream. Please check the soap, I forgot to refill the bath soap when I was there.

Satisfying service, easy to access location. Same condition as photo, facilities ok. Our room was upgraded to family without additional costs. Fly problem? We found that in all Kintamani locations, it was still ok and could be handled.
