Stayed 2 nights for a comfortable room located in the middle of the city, the liquid soap in the bathroom was finished, I asked the receptionist to fill it up until the evening but it was not given, the room was not cleaned when I came back it was still a mess.

This stay wasn't really that impressive, one of the reasons being that there wasn't a glass provided in the bathroom for rinsing, and the toothbrushes weren't stored neatly. Maybe because the room was still being cleaned when we checked in, so it was rushed. That's all, everything else was really good.

This stay wasn't really that impressive, one of the reasons being that there wasn't a glass provided in the bathroom for rinsing, and the toothbrushes weren't stored neatly. Maybe because the room was still being cleaned when we checked in, so it was rushed. That's all, everything else was really good.

Strategically located near Ratu Indah Mall. Since it's in the city, you can order food or snacks using the app, offering a wide selection with free delivery. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast menu is quite varied, with the black sticky rice porridge being particularly delicious.
