Every time I go home for Eid, I'll always choose to stay here. The staff are friendly, especially the security guard—I forgot his name, but he was dark-skinned. When I stayed, he was on the morning shift until 8 PM. In fact, he was friendlier than the night shift staff. Thank you so much, W Three, for making our visit to pay our respects to our grandmother so memorable. Thank you for upgrading our room during our stay, and at no extra charge! Love!

I just checked in and found there were no towels or mats. I requested them over the phone, but they never came. I had to go down to the front desk to get them. And this wasn't the first time. The room's air conditioning wasn't cooling.

I booked a superior room, but was given a corner room with a connecting door to the next room and no soundproofing. I checked in at 2:08 PM and entered the room without a single towel in the bathroom. After calling room service four times, the towels were finally delivered to my room at 5:30 PM.
