Central location, staff was amazing. My flat iron broke our first day and they provided me with a complimentary one to use during our stay. Breakfast was amazing each morning. Bar staff was excellent each night and every day they arranged for a cab. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Extremely convenient hotel in the Rome Airport, even connected to the train system. Efficient and business like, pretty decent restaurant too.
Only complaint is that rooms need better soundproofing given that people arrive and leave at all hours.

There is only one reason to stay at this hotel- its direct connection to the FCO airport. There is a walking bridge immediately outside the hotel to the airport. If you are not in need of this convenience, then I would never recommend this hotel. The lines at check-in were long, the front desk staff were marginally helpful, and the non-smoking hotel room reeked of cigarrette smoke. It was so severe, I could barely sleep through the night and our clothes smelled of smoke.

We used to stay here because it is located right next to Rome-Fiumicino Airport, making it ideal for early flights. However, this time—frankly—I found the price to be excessive. It is absurd to have to purchase a swim cap just to use the pool, without receiving any explanation. Therefore, if you want to use all the facilities, be prepared to pay extra. That said, I have to say the staff were very kind and welcoming.

Check-in was extremely slow and the line was long. This was also the case the following day, so obviously not an unusual occurrence. Food continues to be forgettable. This time we ordered room service and were told that we should get our own ice from a machine on the floor. Again reflecting a lack of focus on service.

The rooms are beautiful however when the air-conditioning doesnt work, it make for a terrible stay during a heat wave. Our room would not drop below 25c with three people in there, was very unpleasant. Their restaurant menu is extremely limited unless you want the same items you've eaten in Rome. The pool requires a pool cap so be ready to pay 2euro to swim. Also there is no reliable airport shuttle with is extremely disappointing seeings how close it is to the airport. You can walk but if you have alot of luggage it isn't happening.

If youre come in and out of Rome FCU airport the location can't be beat. Truly walkable via elevator and covered walkway. Comfortable bed. The only downside was how busy they were. It took awhile to check in and tge lines weren't clear.

I stay at the Hilton Rome Airport at least twice a year. I think that the management has renovated at least some rooms and improved the food service a great deal. The property is much cleaner, the furniture and flooring in the room where I stayed was much improved.
