Booked so it was an easy transition for our flight the next day. Rooms are great. It’s quiet. Some of the staff are grumpy ( hostess at restaurant, cleaning staff) but staff otherwise is super friendly and helpful. You pretty much have to eat at hotel. Food is ok but felt overpriced. Bring snacks if don’t feel like paying to eat there or eat before you come. Location is great obviously as it’s attached to the airport. Short walk to terminal 3

Breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we have ever had at any hotel. so many options to choose from for breakfast and it was all great tasting. Very convenient to the airport though it did take 15 minutes to walk there. no noise from airplanes could be heard. Excellent taxi service from airport to town

The room was clean and had all the amenities you expect at a Hilton. The food at the restaurant was forgettable and breakfast buffet was of poor quality. The staff was uninterested and unhelpful, as they appeared very focused on whatever they thought they had to do, and “serving customers” was not on that list. Convenient overnight stay, but plan to eat elsewhere.

I was under the the impression that there would be a shuttle bus to the hotel and back to the hotel. - That was why I selected this hotel. After a long flight and with a lot of luggage, I was very disappointed that you had to walk a long distance to get to the hotel. (At the front desk I inquired about this and they said they only use the shuttle to drop us off to the airport.) It should offered for both ways.

Our stay at Je Rome was everything we could ask for, from the staff, to the location, and finally breakfast. This hotel was centrally located to a lot of the tourist spots in Rome. Room was awesome, but that elevator doesn’t hold much so be prepared.

Everything was great about this hotel, including easy walk to the airport terminal. The only problem we had driving in was the chaotic airport entrance ramps, the right one partially obscured by a police van. Careful driving.

The staff was great. I was waiting in the lobby for my room to be ready since we arrived quite earlier than 3 pm and as soon as a room was ready the man working the reception desk came and gave me my room key letting me know my room was ready.

It was largely short of stuff considering that many guests in the hotel at the night we stayed. We tried to have a quick dinner but were sold in the hotel restaurant that it was too busy and would take 1-1.5 hours to get food. We were suggested to take room order and delivery. When we called on the phone, we were told that the hotel kitchen was too busy and a message was left to call us back later. They never called! We went to bed without eating any dinner since we had an early flight the next morning. Not a four stars hotel for customer services.
