Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, roomy and tastefully decorated. Showers were excellent and beds comfortable. Very convenient location as Metro is right on your front doorstep and the train station less than a 10 min walk away. While the neighbour isn’t one of the hipper ones, the hotel was very nice, with some nice amenities (lounge/bar area) with a beautiful park right across the street. I was pleasantly surprised.

Great folks and conveniently located. The restaurant next door was great. Loved the helpful staff. We were never more than 20 minutes from anywhere and five minute ride to the train station for our trips to Venice and Florence.

Smoking by the staff at entrance, stairs only and had to carry bag upstairs, impossible for wheelchairs, arogant staff, this is ab2 star hotel only, bed dipped badly, aircon blowing on face all night !! Worst hotel of their supposed 4 staff category self rates I’m sure ,,, sorry but over priced , lucky metro available easily one good thing George

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Accessibility is limited due to a number of stairs to carry luggage and small elevators.
The hotel over all was just OK and is not located in the best part of Roma, but close to train and Metro!

No shower screen so had to keep mopping up floor as water splashed onto timber area around shower base. The position was only a 5 min. Walk to many of the main buildings and attractions and the friendly staff complimented the lovely breaky

Really good hotel if you want stay close to some of the main attractiins, good dining options and the metro. We were a family of 3, including a 12yo and we barely had to take the metro, even to go out for dinner, there were lots of great options within a block or 2 from the hotel. Breakfast had cold/hot options and I lived the handmade sweets. Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic boutique hotel. Flew in overnight and the time we arrived at the hotel it was 1130 am, we were just looking to store our luggage and the gentleman on the desk got us into our room right away. All the staff were great and very accommodating. Very clean, fantastic breakfast, really enjoyed our stay. Next trip into Rome I won’t even bother looking at another hotel I’ll go straight back to this one.

I just returned to the US after six days in Rome. The pros of the Hotel Napoleon are an excellent, professional staff including very quiet housekeeping. Also I liked the location in that it is rigtht at a Metro stop and 4 blocks from Termini.
The cons: no electric kettle in the rooms with every photo on the internet showing one and TINY shower (think smaller than a cruise ship). Also, this is not a 4 star hotel. I have traveled around the world including Asia, the US, Canada, and Europe so I have had some experience to judge hotel star ratings so take it for my experienced-based opinion.

We stayed here because it was right on a subway line and very close to Roma termini. While there was lifts if you had any accessibility concerns this is not the place for you. There’s steps up to the first elevator. Then there’s steps up to the second elevator. Felt a bit noisy as well. Staff were friendly enough we found food around there that was so good. Beds were comfortable.
