나폴레옹 호텔

정말 위치 빼고는 가성비 최악이였던 호텔입니다. 시설 오래되고 객실내 기본서비스 1도 없으며 좁은 엘리베이터로 짐이 많은 분들은 여러번 왔다갔다해야겠더라구여. 그리고 커피포트랑 추가 카드키 하나 했는데 부가세 포함 30유로를 받더라구여. 다시는 가고싶지않은 호텔입니다

Stayed in a deluxe suite for 4 nights. There was no view, and the balcony was in poor condition with pigeon droppings, feathers, and leaves scattered around, making it unpleasant to go outside. Inside the air conditioning, there was a lot of mold. It was visually unappealing and extremely noisy. It seemed broken as the airflow and temperature couldn't be adjusted, and it ran continuously at full power. Water continuously dripped from the air conditioner above the sofa bed, making it unusable. While the room amenities were well organized, the cleaning details were lacking. There was a lot of visible dust even in prominent places. The cleaning during the stay felt rushed, and they forgot to empty the trash bin in the bathroom. On the day of arrival, I used the hotel's airport pickup service. It appeared to be outsourced, with a driver arranged by the hotel. Despite informing them of a one-hour flight delay in advance, the pickup driver got upset and complained about waiting for two hours. On the way, the driver displayed aggressive and reckless behavior, talking loudly on the phone, texting while driving, and driving aggressively, even engaging in retaliation against other vehicles. Upon reaching the hotel, the driver demanded an additional 20 euros for waiting. It was uncomfortable to be in a situation where I was made to feel like the culprit because of a flight delay that was not my fault. I recommend taking a regular taxi upon arrival.

테르미니역과 가까움. 방이 좁고 특히 샤워부스는 너무 좁아서 씻기 불편함(예약시 봤던 욕조는 실제 더 큰 방에 있는 듯)

기차역에서 도보로 15분 거리 위치, 호텔은 전체적으로 관리가 잘 되어 있고 앞에 공원이 있습니다. 조식도 맛있었습니다. 로마에서 이정도 퀄리티의 숙소에 가격이면 단연 추천할만합니다. 주변에 맛집들이 많이 있습니다.

Good location but a bit old, bar was often closed.

空調の調整ができなかったので、 少し快適さに欠けた。

Nice quiet space, room is a tad small, but we didn't really spend much time in room. Heating unit worked WAY to well, not a bad thing.

Hotel muy bonito, la zona no es buena

There are a lot of homeless around the area, and the shower area is tiny. I do not recommend for tall people.

WiFi is pretty bad but good overall apart from that.

Staff was welcoming and kind. Room was big and the location was great! Highly recommend trying the restaurants around the hotel as well.

Thought yhe location was fantastic but rooms very poor and walls made of paper very thin.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel itself was beautiful, loved the decor around it. The room was a good size for the 2 of us, the only problem was the door to the terrace didn’t shut fully, but it didn’t bother us because we liked the bit of air coming in. Breakfast was decent, as well! Train station close by and easily accessible and was also an easy walk to the colosseum.

It was a great experience the staff was great but i thought i had free breakfastbbut it was not included

Slept well, quiet, lovely to have air con. Tasty and comprehensive breakfast. Excellent value

An older hotel but very well maintained, great staff who are very helpful. Just 30 secs to Vittorio Emmanuelle train station. Very clean and excellent breakfast. Many eateries in the vicinity. Will definitely stay here again on a future trip to Rome.

The room was very clean. Cute and tiny for what were used to in Canada. But it worked very well... Smallest shower ever....lol but it kept us clean....

El personal del front desk fue muy amable y la habitación era muy espaciosa y cómoda. La Habitación muy limpia al igual que el baño. Nuestra estadía fue muy placentera en este hotel. Lo recomiendo.

Nice little room in a great location in Rome, good spread for included breakfast and friendly, helpful staff! Recommend for a quick stop thru Rome!
