Smart Hotel Milano

The property is ok. Good bed and clean the shower pan was broken and leaked badly causing visible wood rot. Door handles were loose. An electrical plug was broken, and the hair dryer sometimes failed to work.otherwise it was good.Its rather small and looks sleek and modern, it’s just getting worn. Staff super nice and helpful!! Very convenient location for trains, metro, restaurants, etc.

Excellent find close to the train station. Room was clean and the property well kept. We opted for the additional cost of morning breakfast which was very good and recommended. I would easily stay here again !

Front desk staff as well as breakfast room staff are very helpful, efficient, and friendly. They are a delight to work with. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, as are the bathrooms, although we wish they provided more than a single bar of soap (hair conditioner would be appreciated as well :)). The breakfast offerings were good and well-prepared; a very nice service to start your day!

Clean smart rooms, pleasant staff, just a few minutes walk from Milano Central Station.

This property is located right across from the Metro/ train station. It makes it very convenient to travel through the city. The space was average and the room was ok. I definitely did not like the shower situation, the shower door was placed backwards and made the water spill out, causing the floor to get drenched and I had to mop it up. Either than that it’s ok for the time I was I the room.

The hotel itself is a 5 minute walk to Milano Centrale train and subway station. The hotel has good wi-fi and the cable tv in the room has a variety of Western European channels (not many in English, but Italian, German and French were wildly found). The hotel itself does have a 25euro breakfast option, but directly across the street was a terrific cafe that I went to most mornings for a great cappuccino and pastry or sandwich. Just down the block there were 2 Italian restaurants that were open till Midnight and 1 am respectively. The hotel was VERY CONCERNED when I would walk out for late night eating about casual petty theft. I made sure to keep paying attention certainly. At the same time, the subways make those same announcements throughout your journey. The police during the Olympics apparently made a lot more sweeps to try and clean up that area around Centrale. I live in a big city, so certainly I am aware that I need to be cognizant of my surroundings. The property at night would lock the front doors and then when you came back (like between 2am onward, they would have you show your room key and they would open it up - they were on it). I never had any issues when I was there, but just thought to mention this.

Got a really great price. Only a few minutes walk from Milano Central station so really well located to get around.

Room was clean with a clean, updated bathroom. Staff was friendly. Room service was not provided on our last day. Three areas that could improve: A regular chair would have been nice. This may sound picky but free water was provided on the first day of a nine-day stay. After which, free water was not provided. Didn't make sense to not provide this service each day. Television reception was poor.

Very average hotel. Thin, very soft pillows so uncomfortable. Lots of street noise, so a much higher room would have been better.

Me and my friend visited Milan in December as a little get away before Christmas. We wanted to stay somewhere accessible and affordable but still nice as we were there for 4 nights. When we originally checked in the room was okay but we small for the duration we were there.

Room Was nice and clean, basic only had one pillow each very flat ciuld hear everything in hotel and out on street

Modern. Clean. Near the main train station. WiFi is fine. Very warm.
