Location is good, and luggages friendly from Shin-Osaka station. Lots of food houses around, cheap yet satisfying.
Buffet breakfast is available (JPY 1,500/pack), it’s good if you have time to enjoy it.

The shuttle bus is very easy to access, location is great, room was spacious and they have a vacuum machine at the lobby for those who overpacked (forgot the price).

Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku
If you go to Tokyo, just stay here! Shibuya is overcrowded, but Shinjuku was the best. There is a local bar just in front of the hotel and the food was good. The station is a 5-minute walk. And they have access to the Airport Limousine Bus, which was so great!

When we checked in, the staff informed us that we could have late check out until 2 PM. But at 10 AM, we got a call to check out now and had to pay 1000Y for every hour of late check out.
