The staff were really helpful. They helped me to arrange all my transport during my stay there when the blizzard hit us. The food was also amazing, they provide three different restaurants that you can try. Near the stores and the station.

Great location. Very recommended hotel. It has 2 entrances, 1 via Tanukikoji, the other faces Norbesa. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very helpful. They have Ofuro too. Breakfast was good. They provide kids amenities.

Spacious room for Japan, everything needed is there, connected to Sapporo or Odori station via underground. Very pleasant. We got a room with a view of the hotel garden and there is a small pool. The window can be opened. The bed is comfortable and big enough for two. The staff is very friendly. The price is cheap for the size of the room and the facilities. The best. Don't hesitate to choose this hotel.
