Location is perfect, right next to the bus station. Staff is very helpful. I had an issue with my luggage delivery to and from another hotel, but the staff was still willing to help by checking with my next hotel whether my luggage was safely delivered or not. Thanks to the front office staff, Minami-san.

Super good location, 2-3 mins walk from Takayama main bus & train station. Front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful at all times. Really appreciated the onsen and we also booked the private onsen one night and it came with chilled ミルク! Room was spacious and comfy.

Just a few minutes walk from Takayama train and bus station, and also a halal food restaurant. The room is clean, spacious, and the staff is friendly. The room is also fully equipped with utensils, plates, and everything. Would love to stay here again if ever visiting Takayama in the future.
