I really loved my experience with Tosei from the moment we arrived. The staff were always smiling, very friendly, and welcoming. Our room was cleaned every day, which made our stay very comfortable. When the AC in our room stopped working, they responded quickly and fixed it right away.
What impressed me the most was when I accidentally left my wallet behind. The team immediately contacted us by email and kindly assisted us until we were able to retrieve it. Their honesty and helpfulness meant a lot to us.
If I come back to Japan in the future, Tosei will definitely be my first choice to stay again. Highly recommended!🤍

I really love this hotel. Yes, it is small just like other hotels in Japan. However, it's all clean, love the shampoo and body soap (so relaxing), the room is quite spacey to put 2 big luggages (as I stayed here with my husband). The hotel is really near Tarakacho St (direct line from and to Narita/Haneda airport) also close to Ginza line which make it easier for me to explore Shibuya etc. And Family Mart is just downstairs. I hope I can come back next year and stay here again. Thank you!

The hotel is strategically located next to Tawaramachi metro station. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Asakusa station, so it's not difficult to drag your suitcase. The hotel is very comfortable, the heater works well, there is a clean and comfortable public bath. There is also a coin laundry. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Been coming back to this hotel since 2022. Great location, walking distance to our favorite restaurants, shops, and cafes! Also minutes away from train stations (Ginza, Yurakucho & Shimbashi station or maybe more) which is very convenient.

The hotel location is strategic. MRT station in front of the hotel, close to convenience store family mart, 7eleven. Around the hotel there are many cafes and restaurants. If I go to Tokyo again I will choose this hotel again 🤩👍.
