Located in a very good location, this hotel’s level of service was its finest among hotels in the area, thanks to its very friendly and hardworking staff. Also, the buffet served for breakfast, with its wide variety and excellent taste, made this hotel a must-consider option if I visit Kitakyushu again. The stay at Hakata was warm, clean, and felt safe. The rooms might be a bit small for accommodating several large suitcases, but the cleaning service was done daily. The staff were polite, and they helped arrange a taxi for our return trip. We didn’t have breakfast during this trip. It was a family trip with parents and a child, and the bed was somewhat narrow for three people to sleep together. However, the location was convenient, not too far from Hakata Station, making it a recommended option. Around the hotel, there were 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson stores. Additionally, there was a 24-hour restaurant next to the hotel with very delicious food.

The hotel is very good. It's not far from the subway. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the left. In the hotel area there is Lowson 7-11 max value and there are other grocery stores as well. There is a lot of food around the hotel and it is easy to travel.
