Two menus for breakfast (western and Japanese) with some variety each day. Great air con in rooms, very clean and nice hot water! The location is fantastic...close to station but not in a noisy neighborhood. Station has excellent connections to Tokyo metro and rail network.

An amazing hotel just outside of the main areas of interest for most tourists (Akiba, Tokyo, Jinbocho) and access to the main JR Keihin Tohoku and Yamanote lines for further travel so one can easily access Shibuya, Shinjuku, Roppongi, Asakusa and others. One can even tranfer to the Shinkansen to access other areas of Japan including Nagoya, Osaka, and others as well.

Very convenient location. Room is small but it is standard size in highly dense area in Tokyo. There is a free drink machine for coffee, tea and water. It is great specially tap water doesn’t taste good in Tokyo. Also they provide self serving personal amenities. They are very useful. If you need an extra pillow there are choice of type to pick, Over all not luxury but compact and comfortable,

TLDR - the hotel was great: location, staff, and amenities. Room was a single bed. With great comfort sheet and a great firm pillow. They can exchange your pillow with a different pillow from the lobby. Traditional shower+bathtub with bidet Japanese toilet. Room has: A/C, USB cables, plug on bed headboard and at the desk, mini fridge that can accommodate 5-6 drinks depending on size (anything 600mL you will need to tilt it), cups for morning coffee. Lobby has amenity: tooth brush with toothpaste, razor, shaving gel, hair tie, face wash, etc Check-in experience: automated and in several language possible. Passport will find your information and once checked in, your room key will be printed and 3 prints of information will be printed on a slip. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Always polite and able to answer any questions I had. coin laundry was available in basement or there is a bigger one near by. Location of hotel was 7mins walk to Kanda station. Hotel can be access via 5-6 different subway line. 15mins walk to Akihabara. Within proximity: 3 Familymart, 1 7-eleven, 3 supermarket, 2 coffee shops. I have requested no cleaning, but they will send clean towels to your room left outside the door and you can leave your dirty one and trash outside your door. The room is small. For large luggage, - you will need to put on the bed. Small sacrifice for everything that is available to you;. Only one comment: my wifi was very weak and slow. 5/5 overall experience

I liked that the pillows were something like buckwheat, and you could choose a different type of pillow in the lobby, if you didn't want that pillow. Be careful when you go through the door at the street. There is a small ramp up from the sidewalk, but it us not level with the top of the step, so be sure you pick your feet up-don't shuffle.

Convenient check in machine that is easy to understand. Free toiletries and sunscreen in the lobby. Pillow selection is also in the lobby and I'd recommend using one of those instead of the pillow in your room. Convenient store right across the street.

Decent price at a good location. A short walk from the station which is just one stop away from from popular locations like Akihabara or Tokyo station. The rooms and bathroom were small, especially the bathrooms as they are as small as a bathroom can get while maintaining its basic functions. I did not personally visit the hotel restaurant myself, but family members told me that it was sub-par for the price. We did a luggage transfer from a hotel in Kyoto to this hotel in Tokyo and they handled our luggage well as we could hope for. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a relatively lower price, but if you want nice bathroom and restaurant, a pricier option might provide that.

Short walk from Akihabara. The hotel was going through renovations when I stayed, changing the locks on the rooms for touchpads. For the hotel itself, I had a 3 bed room so it felt really small but it was clean. Bathroom was a bit old for Japanese standards but still good. Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly.

We stayed here for 1 night at the beginning of our trip and it was perfect for exploring Akihabara and the nearby train station made it convenient to get to other places. Triple room was comfortable but probably would have been a bit too small had we stayed more nights. Staff all very helpful and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.
