Very clean. Amenities are wonderful. I like disposable slippers. The process of checking in was a little confusing. It was basically through the machine screen. The staff had to step in for me. Other than that, I was satisfied.

The location is good very close to the station, room was very clean, however it's a bit out dated, wall paper has stain and the paint on bathroom door frame is chipped, but for the price you pay I recommend this place

Booked a room with three beds. It is very small for two adults and a toddler. No place to open the suitcase. It also has no view. The window was facing a wall. On the morning of our arrival, the receptionist was rather cold when checking us in. Subpar service.

Two menus for breakfast (western and Japanese) with some variety each day. Great air con in rooms, very clean and nice hot water! The location is fantastic...close to station but not in a noisy neighborhood. Station has excellent connections to Tokyo metro and rail network.

An amazing hotel just outside of the main areas of interest for most tourists (Akiba, Tokyo, Jinbocho) and access to the main JR Keihin Tohoku and Yamanote lines for further travel so one can easily access Shibuya, Shinjuku, Roppongi, Asakusa and others. One can even tranfer to the Shinkansen to access other areas of Japan including Nagoya, Osaka, and others as well.
