Great hotel!

This is a very nice hotel and a great location. It was very quiet and clean 🤗

About 8-10 mins from the Hiroshima train station and 20 mins lovely walk through main streets to the Hiroshima A-bomb tomb and Museum... Great hotel, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST with a wide variety and great front desk staff..

Clean room, excellent staff, hot tub/shower excellent. Plenty of closet space and outlets for charging electronics.

Wonderful!

My partner and I stayed here recently. While the hotel is modern and clean, it didn’t quite hit the "luxury" mark for us. It was a good stay, but not excellent. The Pros: Spacious Rooms: Definitely larger than your average Japanese hotel room. It was nice to have the extra floor space and a modern layout. The View: High floors offer a great look at the city skyline. The Cons: Missing Amenities: We were surprised that there were no bathrobes in the room, which we’ve come to expect at hotels in this price range. Also, unlike many other high-end hotels in Japan, they didn't provide any skincare sets (cleansers/lotions) to try, which felt like a missed opportunity for a "Premium" brand. Breakfast was just "Fine": It was a standard buffet. It does the job, but it was crowded and felt a bit like a high-end cafeteria rather than a relaxing meal. Location & Logistics: It’s a bit of a trek from the main station and the Peace Park. Plus, the elevators are notoriously slow, which gets annoying when you're on a high floor. Verdict: It’s a safe, "corporate" choice if you want a big room, but it lacks the thoughtful amenities and soul of other luxury hotels in Japan.

The spa was fabulous! The hosts were welcoming and patient with my non-Japanese speaking self. I emerged feeling silky smooth, more relaxed, and lacking the travel aches I had when I entered.

Very spacious room, relatively clean, multiple dining and drinking venues with live music, great value for money. The front desk is short staffed

The rooms are spacious and luxurious only negatives were queuing for the breakfast in the mornings and drinks were expensive.

Fantastic view from our bedroom window, caught the sunrise in the morning. Meal times were generous, increasing our ability to be flexible with our plans during the day. Excellent buffet breakfast with vast choice. Excellent buffet evening meal as we booked half board, cannot recommend highly enough. Alcohol was not included however and the only thing I could grumble about at all was the cost of a tiny beer at a massively inflated price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was managed by staff and involved our first use of a "multi level vehicle storage system". The pool was accessible from 06.00hrs to 22.00hrs and was large in size. Depth of 3ft 9 throughout. Sauna and jacuzzi easily accessible. Plenty of poolside loungers. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in it! Location was great, we recommend a cycle tour nearby that we booked through Get Your Guide. Only 16 mins walk away. This enabled us to see so many of the locations remembering the detonation of the atomic bomb and the Japanese determination not to forget and to wirk towards world peace. Fantastic trip, superb hotel, loved every moment. Thank you!

Incredible room, fantastic service, good workout area and an incredible onsen to relax after a long day of walking. Staff are amazing, accommodating and very helpful. Great hotel with a good location within walking distance of everything you want to see in Nagasaki.
