很新的五星級飯店，住宿體驗非常好。 飯店正對面有一家MILES咖啡，非常好喝。 飯店晚上的酒吧還有現場演唱，整體氛圍非常棒

客房整潔，設施良好，但房間內燈光較暗

房間整潔寬敞，職員友善，景觀也不錯，自助早餐美味，但同一餐廳晚餐（自助餐）食物質素一般，有點失望，另外房間無線網絡需要會員才可免費使用，非常不便，這是非常罕見的。

房間很高級，服務也很好，早餐很好吃 一樓有聖誕火車模型

Great hotel

希爾頓是國際知名的酒店集團，享負盛名，全世界都有其分店。這次到來本身很有期待，但留宿之後，滿滿的只有失望。 先說酒店的優點：服務員有禮且樂於助人。由入住到離開酒店，所有服務員待客都十分友善。記得離開酒店時，由於要乘搭新幹線，服務員辦理手續時，同時替我安排的士，讓我一離開酒店，即能乘坐。 另外，酒店裝潢很有傳統大酒店的氣派。尤其大堂的火車模型，可教人看得入迷。 可惜除此以外，其他地方卻有不少缺點。 1. 進入房間時，立即發現枱上有一大灘乾透的污漬，類似是打翻了飲料或杯麵似的。因此我進房第一件事，竟是要用濕紙巾抹枱。而且那些污漬更頑固到，抹了兩次還未能完全清潔乾淨。 2. 作為傳統大酒店，連免費wifi也未能提供，這裡的wifi竟要另行收費－－雖然登記成為酒店會員之後，即能享有免費wifi，但感覺已打折扣。 3. 浴室一進門口，左手邊的玻璃層架，滿是灰塵。可以相信已有一段長時間沒有打掃。如果誤將衣服放在這裡，定必弄髒。 4. 房間內並沒有提供充電線，要到酒店櫃檯借用。這還不算，借用時更要登記資料並立下借據。之前在台北及名古屋旅遊，多所酒店已預先在房間內預備備用的充電線，以供客人使用，但來到這裡，卻未有上述服務。 5. 第2天早上到餐廳早餐，服務員引領本人到某張枱子。正當他想離開時，另一名客人竟拿著食物走來－－原來這張枱子本已安排另一名客人使用。當時所有人都頗為尷尬。那名服務員立即道歉，並帶我到另一張枱子。早餐食物款式不少，味道也不俗，但到了之後的尖峰時段，卻已沒有杯子及碟子。客人要主動向服務員查詢才拿到食具。 以上就是這次住宿遇到的問題。這些都不是什麼大問題，而且服務員多能迅速解決，但感覺總是處處有瑕疵，未能盡善盡美。這對一所傳統跨國大酒店而言，絕對令人失望。何況廣島希爾頓位置與火車站有一段距離，且價格比一般酒店為高。若表現只是如此的話，就絕對物非所值了。

High service standard chained hotel as expected, spacious and comfortable room with good view. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was filled with teenagers playing and running around which is a bit annoying. Also, had to wait about 10 minutes for breakfast (seems due to insufficient staff clearing tables).

I recently stayed at the Hiroshima Hilton and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel boasts a warm and cozy design, especially notable in the lobby with its charming miniature train set. The rooms are beautifully minimalist, offering comfort and style. The gym and other facilities are excellent, adding to the overall quality of the stay. What stood out most, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. From the bell service to the concierge and reception, each team member was competent, warm, and professional, making my experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful ambiance and outstanding service.

Great value for the quality of service, which was five stars. Breakfast/buffet area was crowded, but I think that was due to peak visitor season. No complaints. Outstanding staff!

Hilton Hiroshima is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in lots of hotels all around the world. It is in fantastic condition (granted it is only 4-years of). The rooms were excellent with plenty of space. The staff, without exception, were incredible. Facilities excellent and food choices were excellent. I can’t speak high enough of this hotel.

Everything was really good execpt for the coeliac options offered @ breakfast which was very poor.

Rooms were clean and everything was well maintained. Breakfast had great options and the main floor restaurant had reasonably priced meals. My only complaint was that if you are scent sensitive, avoid the Hilton. The lobby is heavily scented and our room was also to a lesser degree.
