Everything other than the concierge service which was disorganized was fantastic

Staff 10/10, restaurants and breakfast buffet 10/10, location and upkeep 10/10, bed and TV 10/10. However the room was a let down. The bathroom was very small with a poor shower that flooded the floor, sink and extractor fan broke. We also heard the elevators going up and down 24/7. We paid extra for our room to get a bigger bed and space so very disappointed. There is also no free wifi unless you sign up to be a member (for free but still).

Clean rooms, wonderful amenities, great breakfast, and incredible staff

Room was spacious, clean and our view was gorgeous. Buffett was great, lots of options and staff was friendly. I’ve stayed in several Hilton locations and have never been disappointed.

Lovely stay at the Hilton! The hotel has a lovely buzz about it, the staff are awesome, and our room, a King Jr Suite Executive, was roomy, sunny and gave us access to the excutive lounge. Staff in the lounge are awesome, and in the face of some pretty demanding guests at times, always remain professional, polite and service focused. The main breakfast buffet has an awesome variety of food, but can get quite busy - so go early! The rooms were serviced beautifully, especially given the amount of shopping debris we left daily - so a big thank you to the room service team. Hotel is in an ok location - has a cool park opposite and its about 10 - 15 mins walk to Shinjuki station. The hotel has a regular shuttle into the CBD which is awesome. This is our 4th stay at the Hilton, we initially chose to stay at a "western style" hotel for our first trip to be able to control the type of food we had access to (my partner has seafood allergies) but even now as we have learned to navigate the food (benito in everything lol) we still choose to come back to the Hilton - its a consistently lovely experience!

Everything was great!

We stayed at the Hilton Tokyo in a King Premium Room with Sofa Bed (nicknamed the “lucky room”), and it was an excellent experience overall. The room design was impressive, with plenty of smart storage space — especially under the cabinets, which made it easy to store and organize large luggage. The espresso machine and tea selection were a lovely touch, and the hotel even surprised us with birthday treats, which made the stay extra special. The staff were outstanding — friendly, professional, and very attentive. They were also understanding about our check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety including Indian dishes, traditional Japanese options, and Western choices. There was also plenty of complimentary water in the room, and the staff even offered a small treat upon departure, which was a wonderful gesture. It’s also a pickup spot for the Airport Limousine Bus, making it very convenient at the end of a trip. Our room felt roomy and comfortable, even for three friends with lots of luggage at the end of our Japan trip. The only minor downside was that the shower floor was a bit slippery, and the shower head didn’t stay in position well — it would be perfect with a rain shower. While the hotel is a short walk from the train station (not quite as central as being right by Shinjuku Station), the location was still very convenient for getting around Tokyo. Overall, Hilton Tokyo is a fantastic hotel.

Stayed in an executive room. V roomy by Tokyo standards. Exec lounge was fantastic...nice views, good food and staff. St George's bar staff were v helpful, concierge extremely helpful. If ever back in Tokyo would stay again. High floor good views.

We had a wonderful stay, staff were great, food was amazing, location was perfect for us. We’ll definitely stay here again.
