Hilton Tokyo

The Hilton Tokyo was top drawer in every respect, location, room, amenities, restaurants, and staff. It's an excellent place to stay, especially in Tokyo where it can be difficult to find good value for money. It's highly recommended!

Breakfast could be better with more Japanese selections. It was very limited in dishes, more for the western or European side.

Superb location for a few days in Tokyo....walking distance to Love Sculpture pickup point for many day tours. Hop-on hop-off bus stop across the street. Many choices of restaurants nearby. This Hilton really is a 5-star place and worth it. Lots of food choices, nice gym, clean and comfy room. Concierge service just great, and a shout-out to Priscila who really helped with our questions on our first trip to Tokyo. No issues.

My room was spotless every day, I had a great view of Shinjuku, and I had a really good A3 wagyu on the 2nd floor restaurant. I will definitely be back next year!

Second stay at the Hilton in Shinjuku. Great property, staff and amenities. Easy walk or short taxi ride to everything. Great breakfast buffet in the Marble Lounge and free drinks in the Executive Lounge with ‘executive’ room.

Not the greatest walking area, as it's in the middle of a business area. However you can access an underground train from within the hotel.

Shops near by, good restaurants, walking distance to many areas, easy access to subway trains.

The staff at the Hilton Tokyo were all so polite and helpful. The level of service they provided really contributed to making our stay there a wonderful experience. Our room was not large, but it was very clean. We loved the shower and bathtub combo. It was a lovely deep tub- wonderful for soaking after a full day of exploring. The staff at the St. George’s Bar and the staff at the Metropolitan Grill restaurant were especially welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed a special Valentine’s meal at the Metropolitan Grill that was one of the best we have had anywhere. The menu was thoughtfully planned and beautifully prepared and presented. Our experience at Zata bar was disappointing in comparison to the St. George’s Bar. We found the level of service and the preparation of the cocktails far superior at St. George’s. One special feature that we discovered is that the hotel is linked to underground walkways that connect to some of the subway lines that we used frequently. This was a very nice feature that helped to facilitate our daily travels.

Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was attentive, knowledgeable and wonderful.

Stayed 6 nights at the start of Feb and had a great stay. Arrived early on a snowing morning and reception found a room for us before standard check in time, which was a great help after 13 hour flight. The King Premium room was excellent, clean and spacious for 2 people with all the facilities we required. The breakfast (included in price) was the perfect way to start the day with the egg-station being a favourite. The hotel location suited us really well with Nishi-Shinjuku station a short walk away via the underground shopping centre and Shinjuku station about 10 mins walk away. All the staff were courteous and cheerful and helped make our stay very enjoyable. We will certainly look to stay here again on future trips to Tokyo.

Lots of things made it an excellent stay - the hotels location, the size of the room and amazing professional staff including Waly Chacon, who made my family feel important and not just a room stay in a 800+ room hotel. He was attentive and offered to help with anything to make our stay extra special. The great quality of Waly is that he was open to any constructive feedback on an even better stay. We will surely be recommending the Hilton to our family and friends.
