enjoyed my stay at this hotel! having the restaurant in the hotel was a nice option. japanese breakfast was delicious. staff were wonderfully attentive and available always. had no problem with requesting towels or any toiletries - the cleaning schedule made sense. beds and pillows were very comfortable. we stayed in the triple room - 3 adults: the room was on the smallish side but we made it work. there was enough surface area to be able to leave some of your belongings out. i havent stayed in many tokyo hotels but it seemed pretty on par with the other hotels i've stayed at. the one big plus was that they were three individual beds and not like two beds and a sofa bed. the only thing was that while there were a lot of train options, they were all mostly at least a 6-10 minute walk away depending on fast you walk. it wasn't too far but it was far enough to be annoying especially at the end of the day when you're just tired and want to get back to your room. no fault of the hotel's but still something i think to take note of.

The entire experience was grandiose, from the room and amenities to the private outdoor tub and public natural spring baths. It almost felt like a 'Disney-fied' version of a traditional onsen. While located in a rural countryside area, the high number of foreign staff gave it a unique, international vibe that felt a bit different from 'traditional' Japan. The food offered a wide selection, though the buffet quality was a bit inconsistent—some dishes were hits, while others missed the mark. Still, there were plenty of options to choose from!

The location is convenient, being close to the JR station, and the room is clean. The staff is extremely helpful; we initially reserved a room for three people with three beds, but we requested two beds instead They arranged a deluxe twin room for us, and their service was excellent.
