HOTEL Kazusaya

This is a lovely property in a good location. The rooms were clean and well furnished with everything we needed (and then some). The staff were very professional and friendly. Loved the fact that after we checked out we were able to leave our baggage with the hotel staff and were free to wander and explore Tokyo before our next train trip. Also LOVED the choice to have either American or Japanese breakfast. We recommend you try the Japanese breakfast which was delicious!

This was a quick one night stay that was just what I needed. They even helped shop my luggage to the next destination.

Great hotel in a quiet, nice location. There are some key locations nearby such as Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace. I absolutely loved my stay here. I had the traditional Japanese breakfast and I really enjoyed it, but it might not be for all foreigners. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a very tidy, clean, well managed hotel with lots of subway / train, convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping nearby. The nearby presence of various subway / train lines made it easy to reach almost any of the famous neighborhoods in 30 minutes or less.

The hotel was good and well located, but the Western breakfast was below expectations. Otherwise, good overall.

The hotel was very well located and very clean, and we left very satisfied. However, the washing machines in the Laundry were very poor, and it wasn’t possible to dry clothes correcty. They really should upgrade the washing machines.

Nice hotel, the room was very clean, small but bigger than most of the standard hotel room in Japan, and it was very functional, the staff were nice. The location is very convenient to the train station and shopping mall.

Great stay overall with a few small misses We had a really solid stay at Hotel Kazusaya. The room was very clean, surprisingly spacious (especially for Tokyo), and had a great layout that made it easy to actually relax and not feel cramped. We had a double twin room. The staff were also very helpful and professional, and the location is excellent super convenient for getting around. A couple things could definitely be improved. The in room refrigerator/freezer setup is pretty underwhelming, especially if you’re trying to store anything beyond basic drinks. Also, the laundry situation needs some attention. There are only three machines, and the one we used didn’t dry our clothes at all during the cycle. Running another cycle would’ve meant paying again, so we ended up air drying everything and unfortunately, our clothes came out with a slight mildew smell. Overall, though, this is a strong hotel with more pros than cons. I’d rate it a solid 4 out of 5 and would still recommend it, just with a heads up on the laundry situation

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect, close to everything yet still quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the cleanliness, the quality of service, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
