We had a family holiday with our family of 5! We had 2 rooms which was perfect for us. The staff were friendly and spoke English so everything was super easy including check-in & check-out. The Japanese breakfast exceeded expectations!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. It is relatively new, very clean, and has friendly, helpful staff. Although the location isn't the most convenient, it's still acceptable. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it!

Staffs are super courteous, responsive and polite. Room (three single beds) is clean and I especially like the toilet and bathroom are separated (乾濕分離）。 The Big Bath on 2nd floor is nice and neat. Recommendation: there are three washing machines (2 in 1 so drying option is included). The hotel may need to consider doubling the number of these units. No complaint, just a recommendation.
