The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious; we booked for three people, and there was still room to unpack our suitcases on the floor. The amenities were complete. It's very close to the station and shopping centers. If you're in Osaka, definitely stay here!

Stayed at Hotel Nikko Osaka for 6 days and 5 nights, very grateful to have chosen this hotel, the location is right in front of Parco and Daimaru malls, the metro station is also right next to the hotel, the family just walked behind the hotel and there were many Family Mart options, walking to Shinsaibashi and Kuromon Market is also only a matter of minutes😍

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Nikko Osaka. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious (rare in Japan) and the beds were very comfortable. No complaints whatsoever.

We stayed on the premium floor, and it included breakfast. I'm glad I decided to go with the breakfast option since not many places are open early and it was convenient. The views were awesome. The staff were all wonderful. We come from a places where good customer service dying so this was a breath of fresh air.

Location is extremely convenient. Easy walk to Domtonbori and malls. Lots of restaurants nearby. Train station is right downstairs. Rooms were clean and modern. My only con was they had no vending machines and nowhere you can buy snacks or drinks. You had to walk around the corner to a convenience store. Other than that I recommend it if u plan on going to dontonbori. I think their check in and check out process could be better as well.

It’s a beautiful property in a great location. Staff are very nice. I have a couple complaints, which is why I tagged it as low as I did. 1. They provide two small bottles of water. To get more I had to call room service and pay for them. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Japan for a third the price that provide as much water as you need. 2. Same thing with coffee. They provide the minimum amount. 3. The restaurants are horrendously expensive. The sushi place had really good reviews but a very limited menu. It was just OK. Nothing special. 4. Oh yes, and at check-in. Which begins promptly at three. There’s a big line up. Don’t try to check in early at Hotel Nikko…At least not if you’re just a typical guest. Perhaps they have a special service for VIPs I don’t know. Overall, it feels like a place where the accountants are in charge. I won’t hurry back. They’re stingy. And the staff, friendly as they are don’t seem particularly well treated. I think upper management could do a better job. You’re in the hospitality, business folks, act like it.

Nice hotel but a little outdated, the bathroom was the least convenient/nice of all the hotels we visited in Japan and we could not control the AC/Heat, its controlled centrally and by whole floors, we only found that out while checking in. Overall, not bad for the price, but we stayed in better hotels for similar prices during this trip.

This was our second stay at Hotel Nikko Osaka, breakfast was always great as always, staff was always helpful special mention to the concierge team and Manoj especially assisting on my family’s luggages on our departure. Hotel’s location is always convenient to walking distance to Dotonbori, Namba Area and Shinsaibashi Metro Subway Line. Airport Limo Bus to Kansai Airport was very useful as well just below the hotel, FYI it is first come basis prior midnight. Though we prefer the superior double room from our previous stay compared to the standard double room booked recently as it looked a bit older and may need touch ups. Either or it was another wonderful stay with my family in Osaka.
