Stayed at Hotel Nikko Osaka for 6 days and 5 nights, very grateful to have chosen this hotel, the location is right in front of Parco and Daimaru malls, the metro station is also right next to the hotel, the family just walked behind the hotel and there were many Family Mart options, walking to Shinsaibashi and Kuromon Market is also only a matter of minutes😍

Hotel Nikko is in good location , staff are very friendly, the room is a bit small , need some update , breakfast buffet between the 2 restaurants, western buffet has more choices but Japanese breakfast buffet is more quiet and like the ambiance

Staff at the check in lobby were very friendly and helpful. The check in process was quick and smooth. The room was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Staff also assisted us with filling out form for luggage delivery to our next destination. Overall experience at the hotel was great.

The staff working here was helpful. As soon as I arrived, staff offered to bring my luggage to my room. One of the men working the front door—whose name started with a B—was also very helpful and welcoming. He walked me and my sister to the subway and showed us how to get to our destination.

Staff was a lot more than you can expect for the high end hotels. Very friendly and helpful. Two great places for your included breakfast. Also, best location with luxury shops and mall right in front of the hotel. Room and bathroom really spacious with large tub and shower. I highly recommended it to a few friends and to family. I will definitely come back when in Osaka.
