Well connected hotel. Directly to the metro. Very close to Dotoburi. Family mart located within the hotel. Rooms are big and spacious. A short walk (less than 10 mins) if you are arriving from the AirPort Express. Will stay here again.

Beautiful clean hotel. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location. We could walk everywhere or hop on the subway. The only negative was that the wifi did not work most of the time, which was okay because we just used data. We would stay there again.

Fantastic location in Namba, with direct access via the basement to the metro. There's also a konbini onsite, super convenient. During our stay there, they were repairing the wifi which caused the signal to be wonky and unstable. the staff apologized but didn't give any resolution or compensation, which is quite a surprise. Think most travellers would agree that wifi is considered a bare minimum in this day and age, and staying in a premium hotel should ensure that this need is met. Overall it was an enjoyable stay but hopefully they can sort out the wifi soon for tourists.

I tend to not leave reviews and really on drop reviews that I believe capture what people really need in a Hotel. Location is amazing, its connected to the train underground so you just need to get off the train and find the right exit (12). You really never have to go outside especially at this time it was raining; awesome if you are carrying a lot of luggage. Check-in is on the 11th floor so when you walk in underground you will see some elevators. Friendly staff and I had already had some luggage shipped over so that was already in the room as well. There is a money exchange in the lobby if needed. I did have a larger room, which was nice. Bathroom was amazing and huge, also a tub for those who like baths. There was some stains on the comforter which the staff was able to trade out pretty fast. Staff all around was amazing. There is a side panel that controls the lights and a/c which I find is a must. Decent size storage for clothes and a side table/couch for whatever. There are plenty of restaurants in the hotel with a variety of food. I spent most of my meals outside as the hotel is in perfect location to venture outside to Dotonbori as well as the backside of Namba. Everything was just so close and so perfect. The last thing but I know I missed a few is the 24 hour Family Mart that is connected to the hotel. It is on the bottom floor and if you exit through there it will take you to back area of Namba.

This use to be my must stay hotel in Osaka. But this time, the stay was very unsatisfactory… The wifi was down during my 6 nights stay. The hotel did try 3 wifi portable machines still didn’t work. Instead of finding a solution to resolve the wifi issue for room 1423, the hotel just kept saying “sorry” on the 3 times I alerted the hotel of the problem (nothing was resolved)… I finally gave up with the wifi since there was no effort on the part of the hotel… This is totally UNACCEPTABLE, no solution was offered for this TOTAL INCONVENIENCE! Very very disappointed and will probably never come back again…

Location of the hotel was excellent, easy access to the subway below the building or across the road. 5min walk to Dontonbori strip, with heaps of shops all within walking distance. The hotel seems to recently new and well maintained, very clean and has a FamilyMart attached to the lobby. Staff are great and some are bilingual in Japanese/English. Would highly recommend

The location of the hotel is very good. The room was a little bit bigger than the standard Japanese rooms. The internet broke and didn’t get fixed right the way. By the time we left was not working. We stayed here 2 nights.

Beautiful hotel room, big bathroom. It’s by Namba station, walking distance to Glico sign, Don Quijote and Dotonbori. 4 water bottles with coffee, tea are included in the room. Very modern room. We have to depart to Itami very early, they were able to hail a taxi for us. Enjoyed our stay here, can’t wait to be back!
