The Best Hotel Experience We've Ever Had!
Hotel Royal Class in Osaka gave us the most incredible hotel experience we’ve ever had. Everything was absolutely perfect—from the convenient location to the elegant rooms, exceptional service, and thoughtful touches throughout our stay.
One of the standout features is the direct connection to the subway station from the hotel’s basement. This made getting around Osaka unbelievably easy—no walking in bad weather or searching for train entrances. It was incredibly convenient and saved us so much time and effort.
The location itself is excellent, with shopping, restaurants, and popular attractions all nearby. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed for both comfort and style.
The staff were beyond amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel at home. Their warmth and hospitality truly made a lasting impression.
To top it all off, when we checked out, we received a beautiful gift of traditional Japanese chopsticks, a lovely and thoughtful gesture that made our stay feel even more special.
We’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, but Hotel Royal Class stands out as the best. If you're visiting Osaka, don’t think twice—this is the place to stay. We can't wait to return!

Amazing property, offers so many amenities and toiletries. Very close to dotonbori and very accessible via subway line. 24 hr convenience store downstairs. Rooms are spacious. No complaints. One of the best hotels I have stayed at and would stay again and again if im back. Staff are helpful. Great stay.

Efficient check-in, attentive staff. My MIL left her camera at the lobby and they were responsive when contacted via the hotels.com app.
Location is walking distance to Dohtonbori and Kuromon market. Good places to eat nearby as well. 10/10 would recommend.
They also provided kawaii kiddie slippers for my son. So thoughtful.
No english tv channels though but it dont matter :)

The hotel was nice we enjoyed our stay, maybe 4.5 stars. The furnishings are modern and functional. The street noise, especially police sirens, was noticeable in the early morning hours. The service and amenities were okay but not 5 star. The ground floor had intermittent staffing and utilizing the 11th floor check in desk wasnt convenient.
Super easy to access the subway from the hotel elevator, which is great for rainy days. We didnt try the breakfast. There were mostly english speaking visitors staying in the hotel.

Excellent location. Right above Namba station and down the block from Dotonbori strip. Lots to do in the area. Hotel is very clean and very nice. Has a beautiful skytop bar with great cocktails. Room was spacious and updated as well. Only downside was the Air conditioning wasnt the greatest. Otherwise a great place!

First off the property was very cool looking. Especially at night! It was close to multiple subway stations, restaurants and shops. All of which made daily travel simple and convenient. Speaking of convenient, there is also a Family Mart combini connected to the lobby, open 7-2300. The hotel had very friendly staff who spoke English which was super helpful when we utilized the luggage shipping service. Highly recommended if traveling between multiple cities. Overall a great experience and we would most definitely stay here again.

Our least favorite in Japan. Staff was surprisingly not friendly, amenities very average. The only great thing was a location that considering we planned to be in Osaka 1 night it was convenient to walk to places of interest
