Superb location. Directly connected to Exit 12 of Namba station. Across the road from food and shopping. Short walk to Kuromon market and dotonbori/shinsaibashi. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating Buffet breakfast had a wide variety of food and beverages. Rooms are quite spacious for Japanese standards. Cleanliness was good. Toilet with bathtub and rain shower. Beds and pillows not very comfortable Rooms on one side of the building get a lot of road noise which can be very loud on weekend nights (revving of engines). Hotel was very accommodating, managed to get rooms changed to the other side of the hotel which was much better

Everything was in walking distance! We park the car using the left side of building for 2500 yen for 24 hours. Walked up to level 11 to check in. Paid for parking and 1000 yen at the time of check in. Started on level 17. Room was clean with coffee, tea, robes, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brushes and face washes. Towels were clean. The bathroom had a nice tub with a shower with dual heads on top and hand held. Mates was perfect! Access to lights through a smart pad. Tv was decent size (standard room) king size bed took up most of the room. Vanity area had mirror with lights and regular mirror for close up. They had extra usb wires for borrowing inside the cabinet as well. You have to keep a card inside the slot in order for things to work including the awesome bidet toilet. Window does NOT open and became stuffy when I took a warm Bath/shower. AC was locked at 20c and doesn’t allow to be any cooler (68f). Can get warm and not comfy for folks who likes it on the cooler side. Breakfast was ok with different food for 4500 yen per person. If we stay here again we may upgrade to premium or suite to see how it is for another great review. 4.5/5 rating for me. Oh staffs speaks English and wonderful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was cleans and had a nice view. I had problems with the air conditioning. Room was too hot and the staff didn’t the proper usage of the thermostat and cooling unique. I was roasting the first night. I eventually figured it out during my second night.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff are friendly and try extra hard to make you happy. The amenities are fantastic. The location is very good and there is even a family mart in the building. The breakfast was very good and the rooftop bar is lovely. This is the best hotel qe satying on on our trip. The premium rooms are qorth the money.

Enjoyed my stay at Royal Osaka a lot. Staff was extremely friendly. They had a few room service options which was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Excellent location. Very clean. Nice bathroom If I could change a few things- Wish they had one movie channel English. At the end I realized there was options to sign into you tube or Netflix but there was no instructions on that. Also, didn’t know if there was a microwave for guests to use or where ice machine/s were. More info on all amenities would have been great. I wish the staff upon check in would have explained what was the other floors and what app the dining options were. Request a room above floor 12. The room has floor to ceiling windows which was great but it over looked a big HVAC duct system which was a terrible view. Since this was a nice hotel if they offered robes if be awesome. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would happily go back.
