Very helpful front desk staff. Located in a more quiet area of Shibuya which I liked. Lobby is located on the 4th floor. The one not great issue was cleanliness of the bathroom- sink had some of last occupant’s remnants still there and shower had last occupant’s single hair on the shower wall. But since everything else was great, I would still consider staying here again.

This hotel was very nice with very helpful staff. The amenities bar was extremely generous and much appreciated. The location was ideal in the heart of Tokyo. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, and transportation with ease.

Location, location and location.
Whilst being aware rooms in Tokyo tend to be small, it was still smaller than expected. Breakfast selection was limited.
Location is excellent though, sheltered walkways through mall to Shibuya train station. The closest exit was the new south exit which is directly above the AirPort Express platform. 5 minutes walk to Shibuya Scramble so everything is super accessible.
Probably won’t stay again but highly recommend for people who is just looking for a convenient place to sleep, venture out most of day and night.

Great room, nice bed but a little hard, staff is really attentive but limited english, rooms are guiet with no noise from outside. A/C is excellent. Room has a bath and loads of different bath salts. We used the washer/dryer with great results plus the door can be locked by a PIN. Very good breakfast at a competitive price. Highly recommend. 9/10.

Really fantastic hotel in short walking distance to everything. Shibuya is right up the road (but far enough away you don’t have to hear it at night) hundreds of food spots and close to super markets and metros / trains. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was smaller than expected but have the essentials that we need. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a mandatory room cleaning policy on the 4th night to make sure the rooms are sanitary, which we love. We love a clean room!
We love the breakfast buffet but we wish there is more variety in the menu. We stayed for 5 nights but we got tired of the same breakfast menu on the 3rd day.
The hotel is conveniently located. It is just right the JR station and just minutes walk to Shibuya Scramble.

It is located in a very convenient location. Easy access to shopping and transport. The facility was very neat and clean. We appreciated the luggage storage service after checkout.
