What Guests Say About Their Stay

It's a good and big hotel. Near the station and everything you need. You can go there from the airport using a limousine bus, so you don't need to send luggage or carry the luggage from the train station. It will drop you right in front of the hotel lobby, and you can also book the limousine bus from the hotel concierge to go back to the airport. Very convenient.

Had a wonderful stay at the Keio Plaza Shinjuku. Our check-in process was quick, and we got a surprise upgrade thanks to Roman, the concierge, who made our stay that much more special. The rooms were large for Tokyo standards, and the bathroom included all the proper amenities. Service was excellent, of course, and I would say of a higher standard than the Keio Plaza Sapporo, where I had stayed prior. Location is close enough to Shinjuku but still a good 10-15 mins walk to the main Shinjuku station. Overall, would not hesitate to stay again whenever we are in Tokyo.

It was a great stay, 2018 we’ve been stay here with travel group, and we come back as a solo travelers, it was a great stay, we stay for 4 nights and we got upgrade, the view was amazing if the sky clear we can see mount fuji. The room is spacious all clean, hotel is in the city, airport limousine also stop by and from here, its very comfortable. Me and my husband like it very much, will be back for sure 🙏🏻🙏🏻 and hopefully got the best view again 😊

Great hotel with great view of Shinjuku. We were lucky enough that we could see mt. Fuji from our room. Plenty of amenities were refilled every day. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at The Keio Plaza Premier Grand Hotel with Club Lounge Access. Check-in is on the top floor in the Lounge and was fast. The room was large and the lights and shades were adjustable via switches. There was a large shower and bathroom with L'Occitane amenities. Toilet is separate from the shower area. We had a view of the Metropolitan Government Building and were able to see the nightly Light Show projected on the building. The hotel is within an easy walk to Shinjuku Station, tons of restaurants, shopping and the area seemed very safe. The pool was not crowded when we went swimming around 5 PM (it was in the shade at that point) but the water was warm. We loved breakfast and tea in the lounge.

This was our fourth stay at Keio Plaza, and we’ve already booked our next trip in December—that probably says it all! We love the location. It’s right by Shinjuku, so we can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and nightlife, but it’s not smack in the middle of the noise and chaos. It’s the perfect balance. Plus, having the limousine bus stop right at the hotel makes getting to and from Haneda Airport super easy and stress-free. But honestly, what keeps bringing us back is the people. The Premier Lounge staff are the absolute best. Every time we walk in—whether for afternoon tea or evening cocktails—we’re greeted with the warmest smiles. They make us feel like family, not just hotel guests. That kind of welcome is rare, and we treasure it every single time. Breakfast at Jurin and Glass Court has also become part of our routine. Great variety, fresh food, and a relaxed atmosphere—it’s the best way to start our day in Tokyo. Keio Plaza isn’t just a hotel for us anymore—it really feels like our home away from home in Tokyo. We can’t wait to be back in December!

Overall it was an okay experience. The room was clean, which I appreciated, but there was a very strong chemical smell that didn’t go away even with the air conditioning running the entire time. The rooms are quite small, and the beds aren’t very comfortable if you're sharing with someone else. They feel more suitable for a single sleeper. One thing I do recommend is adding breakfast to your stay. The breakfast offered through the hotel’s restaurants has a great variety of delicious options and is definitely worth it.
