Warning: this hotel is NOT staffed 24/7 so if you’re expecting hotel staff to come right away, it won’t happen. You will only see staff during the day and even then its very few of them. Staff can be reached by a messaging app (Line) which is most likely manned by someone far away; they were still very responsive. My overall experience was great; this property sits minutes (walk) away from any of the train stations we needed. Minutes (walk) away from convenience stores (Family Mart, 7-11, Lawson), Grocery store literally across the street was so convenient. Room size wasn’t typical resort size but was perfect for my family of 4. Room was nice and clean. Our room had a washer and dryer (same drum) included Although it was all in Japanese we figured it out. Since the property has no staff 24/7, you will not be able to receive delivery or utilize (hands free travel) thru the front desk, but instead there is a Yamato transport office located less than 10mins (walk) away.

Nice clean place and budget friendly

I love this hotel, the staff wasn’t really at the front desk, it’s electronic check-in. But overall, it was a good stay. Located right across the street from my grocery store so it’s really convenient. The hotel was clean. I would definitely recommend staying here. The rooms are pretty spacious as well.

Good but better for people staying longer then a week and wishing to cook

I'd say this minn probably is the best value-for-money choice. Spacious room for 4-6 people. Kitchen and washer/dryer combo. Supermarket right downstairs. I bought wagyu and ate grilled wagyu every day for a fractional cost of eating outside or buying wagyu in USA. Absolutely insane value for your every penny.

Our room was modern and clean with a taste of Japan with the tatami floor in one room. The location was great, away from anything touristy yet close enough to the a few subway stations. Local restaurants and shops were more for locals, which is what we wanted.

One of the best hotel in Tokyo. It is near Family Mart and train stations. The room was very spacious and clean. Very quiet and secure area because it is near police station. I would love to book here again for my next trip.

This was a perfect aparthotel for my family of 4 in Tokyo. It’s in a convenient location within a short walk of several subway lines, and it’s right next door to a grocery store. We would love to stay here again!

Self checking in / out ; no toilet amendies

We stayed at Minn Nihonbashi twice within a month. First time stayed for a week. Great room, changed towels everyday and took out the garbage. Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to the train station, a convenience store across the street, plenty of restaurants . So we reserved the same hotel for the 4 days on our way out of Tokyo. Unfortunately the room was not the same although the price was. The layout was very unpractical, tiny corridor where 2 people could hardly stand next to each other and other inconvenient features. Also out towels were not changed like the last time even when we hung the used ones in a bag, or the garbage collected. So I am a little disappointed. Maybe 2 stars is not fair, it could be 3, but I am upset. It feels like bait and switch.

room was good size for the price in Tokyo

Perfect place for family with kids, quite neighbourhood and a small park near by. Also with the small kitchenette and grocery store across the street we were able to cook most meals, saving money. The in room laundry was also a life saver as the kids souls outfits so quick.

This location is right next to the grocery store, train station, and very quiet neighborhood. The room is big enough for a family.

Can't think of anything right now

Hotel is close to everything you need for your stay. Its besides the Ok store where you can buy groceries, fresh fruits, meat and ready to eat sushi and other jaoanese food. Transit is walkable too about 8-10 minutes on both the Hibiya line going to Akohabara, Shibuya, Ueno and Ginza and ths JR line the Asakusa station. Place is clean and staff are very polite and helpful. Very safe too even at late hours. Also lots of restaurant serving the best japaness food.

Great hotel in a great neighbourhood. 7 min walk to 2 train stations. the area is great and away from the hustle. I'd stay here again

Minn Nihonbashi is in a quiet family-centered neighborhood. It was a fantastic location for our family to recuperate in the evening after busy days exploring Tokyo. There was a grocery store next door, and a Family Mart just two blocks away. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk to two subway stations: Ningyocho (Hibiya and Asaksusa lines) and Bakurocho (JR Sobu line). The unit was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a deep Japanese tub and a combo washer-dryer (detergent provided). The small kitchen was minimal, but had everything we needed for our six-day stay: two burners, fridge, microwave, tea kettle, rice cooker, *toaster oven (yay!), two pots, skillet, paring knife, chopping knife, cutting board, sieve, two mixing bowls, plates, bowls, cups and utensils. It was the best appointed kitchenette we had during our 14 days in Japan, and we used it every morning for breakfast, and every evening for dinner. One thing to note is that this is a bit of a self-service hotel. The desk is minimally staffed, and you check in using a QR code. Fortunately someone was at the desk when we arrived because our jet-lagged brains had a bit of trouble figuring out what we needed to do (they have a QR code you can scan at the front desk for temporary internet access during check - helpful if you don't have international roaming turned on yet). Since the desk isn't staffed, the hotel does not send or receive luggage, but you can forward luggage from Tokyo Station (so worth it!).

The room was reasonably clean. We did had to clean the top of the bunk. Didn't see any staff actually onsite but we were able to contact them via the video com when we needed to speak to them. Love the fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer combined (dryer actually dry). As the toilet didn't have a drying function (like with some Japanese hotels) it took over 12 hours to dry - can't complain as not many hotel rooms have a washer and dryer. Kitchen - has a fridge/freezer, microwave, 2 hobs, kettle, a grill/toaster, cups, plates, bowls, cutlery. Table and chairs for 4 The room was very spacious.

Great and convenient place to stay. Close to train station, 7-11 and family marts. Easy to get around. Grocery store near by. Awesome place! Room was spacious for my family of 4. Clean, great amenities.
