We liked how spacious the rooms were, but the beds were quite hard and the futons were not very comfortable. The difficult part was checking in. There was no one behind the desk so we had to call and talk to a virtual person. We were supposed to get a code from hotels.com to check in, but we did not get it. Then I had a difficult time uploading my passport and giving all my info. It took awhile. Finally, the virtual person gave us our code for the door, which I don't know why he didn't do that for us in the first place.

Laundry was simple using the washing machine in the room. Although there is no bathroom dryer, most of our laundry dried overnight after spin dry. This is due to the dry humidity weather. Supermarket downstairs makes it very convenient. Staff was excellent and highly responsive to all our requests and queries. Kudos to the team! However the kitchen equipment like the fridge, oven and toaster could be cleaner. We had to make a cleaning on our own upon check-in before using.

Our first time in Tokyo and I didn’t regret choosing Minn Nihonbashi. It was a great 8 nights stay with family of 5. Comfortable, clean, there was a separate tatami room that can convert to bedroom. Laundry and mini kitchen are included with all the basic kitchen stuff. Small fridge and freezer, toaster and microwave, electric stove. Location was also perfect , there are many close by station 5-7 min walk. Groceries were across and family mart. Quiet neighborhood during the night. No flashy and busy street which we love it. But there were no 24/7 receptionists in person, however you can contact them thru online or email if you have questions. Check in /check out was a breeze, make sure upload the necessary documents like passport copy before check in day. They will give you a code. Room Doors also were keyless .
