Great stay for us for a family of 4. Amazing neighborhood and everything is good.

We liked how spacious the rooms were, but the beds were quite hard and the futons were not very comfortable. The difficult part was checking in. There was no one behind the desk so we had to call and talk to a virtual person. We were supposed to get a code from hotels.com to check in, but we did not get it. Then I had a difficult time uploading my passport and giving all my info. It took awhile. Finally, the virtual person gave us our code for the door, which I don't know why he didn't do that for us in the first place.

位置不錯，房間很大。但清潔還待加強，另外跟其他同類型的飯店相比，人員支援較少，可以改善

객실이 깨끗하고 넓어 4인가족 이용하기 좋았습니다. 바로 옆에 OK마트가 있어 도시락 등 간편히 구매할 수 있어 유용했고, 지하철역도 가까워서 편리했습니다.

The bed sheet had marks and hairs. Shower head was awful. Overalls cleanliness was average.

Complete amenities. Staff is easily accessible via video cam. Only request is late check out for two hours may be allowed without charge.

1st, the hotel is no reception, only provide an video call reception at lobby but not at room. It is inconvenience for guest to go down lobby if any query on services. 2nd, the hotel safety is concerned. The room door password is the last 4 digits of the guests mobile number. it isn’t allowed guest to change the password. Moreover, no password is required for lift going to rooms floor. Any one can easily go in the hotel without supervision. 3rd, the reception services needed to improve. I was told to put the used towels outside the room door for replacement. But turn out only the used towels were collected, no replacement when back to hotel at night. I have to go down lobby calling reception to check it, regretfully the reception tried to excuse no replacement was received even I told her I were told to do so. This is somewhat ridiculers that why guests put the used towels outside the room door? Isn’t is a common senses for replacement? All in all the basic services is poor.

Convenient transportation. You can’t clean up trash every day

人形町A3出口，優點：巷口的OK超市便宜方便買食材料裡，人員有禮，垃圾桶底部有乾淨袋子 確點：洗衣機一直出現問題訊號，無法好好洗衣。周圍很無趣，走回飯店感覺很遠，離地鐵站也不近。隔音不太好，隔壁嘻嘻哈哈的聲音聽得很清楚

The hotel’s location is excellent! it’s within walking distance of several metro stations, making it very convenient to get around.

Laundry was simple using the washing machine in the room. Although there is no bathroom dryer, most of our laundry dried overnight after spin dry. This is due to the dry humidity weather. Supermarket downstairs makes it very convenient. Staff was excellent and highly responsive to all our requests and queries. Kudos to the team! However the kitchen equipment like the fridge, oven and toaster could be cleaner. We had to make a cleaning on our own upon check-in before using.

The location. OK Store was right in front of the hotel. Great for everyone.

Clean & comfortable room with washer /dryer and kitchenette. Easy check in & out. Convenient location.

The room we were given had a stench like sewer. We had to open the door to let out the smell. The bathroom ventilation also not strong. The washing maxhine after drying cycle left out clothes smell.
