Breakfast variety Luggage storage service is provided in case of arrival before check-in time. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport, train station and Aeon Mall. Very convenient.

We were very satisfied staying at this hotel (we all rented 3 rooms). The room is very spacious, and the most important thing is that there are 2 bus facilities provided by the hotel (bus to NRT Airport (terminals 1,2 and 3) and JR NRT Station Bus. The hotel staff is very professional. When the bus does not arrive at 7 am to NRT Airport The Narita Gateway Hotel provides free 2 taxi facilities which we can directly use to NRT airport, amazingly, We In Sya Allah will return to stay at the Narita Gateway Hotel when on vacation to Japan.

This is a very run-down facility and I cannot recommend to other travelers.
My room had features that appeared to be 35 to 40 years old.
The carpet had been patched many times and yet is still stained and has cigarette burns
The room smelled like cigarettes.
The air conditioning did not cool the room.
This hotel is convenient to the airport, but that doesn’t make up for a level of neglect that almost feels unsafe.

Very cheap but also you get what you pay. The hotel lobby looks new but the rooms are very aged, especially the bed. It is easy to get from the hotel to the airport and vice versa as there are free airport shuttles. There is no much around there but you can pay for breakfast or snacks at a small unbranded convenience store on the main floor.

This is a very clean quiet convenient although bare bones hotel. The room was shockingly large for Japan and would make for a comfortable long term stay. The dining options were solid for those who love Japanese cafeteria food. If you can’t stomach fish and salad for breakfast don’t pay for the hotel breakfast.

Very handy for the airport, especially if you have an early flight out of Narita. You’ll need to book the Hotel to Airport bus ahead of time, but the Airport to Hotel bus is an easy hop on from the downstairs pickup area.
Interior dated but reasonable for the price. Not a fan of the firm buckwheat pillows, no support.
All in all, fine for what we needed
